ANKARA – STUTTGART – STRASBOURG – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – ALSACE
You must be present at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight to complete baggage check, ticketing, and passport control procedures. Afterward, we fly to Stuttgart on SunExpress Airlines scheduled flight XQ790 at 07:05. Upon arrival at Stuttgart Airport at 08:35 local time, we set off to carry out our panoramic Strasbourg city tour. Located on the border of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and also the largest city in the Alsace region, Strasbourg will welcome us with the beauty of a painting, as if straight out of a fairy tale. During the panoramic city tour we will carry out on foot in the traffic-free center and streets of Strasbourg, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988 and has hosted the European Parliament since 1992, we will see Gutenberg Square and the Statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, located in the very heart of the city and its most important structure, and Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city and still serving today as a hotel and restaurant. After the Strasbourg tour and the free time to be offered, we head to our hotel in the Alsace region. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour program (80 Euro). First, we will go to the fairytale town of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River, as well as the city’s most famous district, Petite Venise (Little Venice). In the unique atmosphere surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will find the opportunity to enjoy many delicious foods according to your taste as well as buy many souvenirs. The next stop of our tour will be Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flowered balconies, distinctive row of shops, cobblestone streets closed to car traffic, buildings that survived World War II almost untouched, and charming cafés; with its tower, which also houses the Dolder Museum that carries the city’s history to the present day through documents, it resembles Grimm’s fairy tales. After our visit in Riquewihr, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Alsace region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room assignment and free time to rest.
ALSACE – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we depart for an unforgettable and dreamlike train journey on the Bernina railway line. We arrive in St. Moritz, Switzerland’s natural wonder and a favorite destination of jet-setters, and after free time and a short orientation tour that may be provided depending on the Bernina railway line train departure time, we reach the station for the unforgettable and dreamlike train journey we will take with the Bernina Express / Red Train. On this famous line, built between 1898 and 1904 and now included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, which adorns the dreams of many travel lovers, we will watch extraordinary scenery and have the chance to photograph it during this fairy-tale journey. After about a 2-hour pleasant train ride, we arrive at Tirano Station and return to our hotel in the Milan area by the vehicle waiting for us.
MILAN – (Portofino Tour by Boat) – NICE
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we depart to organize our Milan city tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, also stands out for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although known as Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences; during our tour we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano among the main sights. After the free time to be offered at the end of the tour, we set off for Nice. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Portofino Tour by Boat (65 Euro) program. Surrounded by colorful houses and inspired songs with all its beauty, Portofino enchants visitors with its narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean views. After our Portofino excursion, we continue our journey to Nice. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Nice area, room assignment and free time to rest.
NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join our optional Cannes & Nice Tour program (70 Euro). In this tour, we first head to Cannes. Famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, Cannes has a sparkling sea and golden beaches; during the city tour we will first see the old town, the city’s first settlement. During our walk through the narrow, winding, traffic-free streets of the old town, we will have the chance to see souvenir shops and shop. After visiting La Croisette Boulevard, which stretches along the Cannes coast and hosts many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels, and Meynadier Street, we reach Nice, where free time will be offered. In our Nice tour, Promenade des Anglais, Nice Port, Massena Square, the Flower Market, and the Courthouse are among the places to be seen. During the free time after our Nice tour, guests who wish may join our optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro) program. On this tour, our first stop is a visit to a perfume factory in Eze Village, one of the most famous villages of the Côte d’Azur, where you can test many beautiful and famous perfumes and purchase them at reasonable prices. After the tour, our second stop will be Monaco, the kingdom of fairy tales and, after the Vatican, the smallest state in the world on the French Riviera; upon arrival, we will organize our panoramic Monte Carlo city tour, the focus of luxury and splendor. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice area.
NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we head to Geneva. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Annecy Tour (50 Euro) program. Known as “the Venice of the Alps” thanks to the canals running through it and the Thiou River, Annecy enchants visitors with its canal-based structure and its extraordinary location between the mountains and the lake. During our excursion in Annecy, we will see Chateau d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and Palais de l’Isle, a focal point for photography enthusiasts, as panoramic sights. After a short free time on the shores of Lake Annecy, the 3rd largest lake in France, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Geneva. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Geneva area, room assignment and free time to rest.
GENEVA – BERN – (Swiss Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – ALSACE
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we carry out our Geneva city tour. Known as “the French city of Switzerland” and located on the shores of Lake Geneva, Geneva is a magnificent city where history, culture, science, and nature come together. The presence of the headquarters of international organizations (CERN, the World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, the United Nations) in Geneva gives the city a central position culturally and administratively. In Geneva, where museums, parks, historic monuments and streets, and fresh air come together, we will see St. Pierre Cathedral, the Jet d’Eau fountain, which has become the symbol of Geneva and rises up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Monument among the main sights. After the city tour, we head to Bern. Bern is one of Europe’s few cities that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historical character, it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Located within Swiss borders and with German as its official language, Bern also shows the influence of German culture in its architecture. After our tour in Bern, which is built around the Aare River, guests who wish may join our optional Swiss Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour program (80 Euro). Our first stop will be Interlaken. We will carry out our tour in Interlaken, which takes its name from “inter-lakes” due to its location between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun and is famous for its natural beauty and the mesmerizing views of these beauties. Important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets of the region are located along the route of our walking tour. The Victoria Jungfrau Hotel, one of the city’s historical symbols, and Höhematte Park are among the places we will see panoramically. After free time for photography and sightseeing, we head to the train station to move on to Lauterbrunnen, our next stop. With our train departing from Interlaken, we arrive in Lauterbrunnen after about a 20-minute journey. We will feel the deep structure of the valley and the steep rock walls as we leave the station. While walking to the village center, we will see the mesmerizing structure of Staubbach Falls hanging down toward the valley floor panoramically and have the chance to photograph it. Lauterbrunnen is known for its small settlements lined along the valley hosting 72 waterfalls and its walking paths. During our walk along the designated route in the village, we will take plenty of photos of the region’s traditional chalet architecture, the natural formations surrounding the valley floor, and its wonderful natural scenery that resembles paradise. We complete our tour by returning to Interlaken. After the tour, we set off for our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. ALSACE – FREIBURG – OUTLET – STUTTGART – ANKARA
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we head to Freiburg. In Freiburg, the city of happy people, where only low-carbon-emission vehicles have been allowed to enter since 2010 and transportation is mainly by tram and bicycle, it is possible to see traces of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden’s historical and architectural cultures, under whose protection the city has fallen throughout history. Also known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), our city tour in Freiburg will include Freiburg Cathedral, the city’s most important symbol; charming streets with small water channels unique to Freiburg; Martin’s Tor, the city’s medieval gate; and Rathausplatz. After the tour, on the way, we head to the world-famous Metzingen Outletcity, which attracts shopping enthusiasts from all over the world and hosts outlet stores of many famous brands. After our visit to Metzingen Outletcity, designed as an outlet city and offering its visitors a very comfortable and enjoyable time for sightseeing and shopping, we set off for Stuttgart Airport. After the baggage delivery, check-in, and passport control procedures at the airport, we fly to Ankara on SunExpress Airlines scheduled flight XQ791 at 19:30. Arrival at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 00:40 local time and end of the tour.
