IMPORTANT DETAILS:

If the number of participants in the package tour offered by itctur.com is not sufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 5 days in advance.

Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of those participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and itctur.com is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the owner are borne by the owner of the item.

When children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour together with their mother or father or both, the Consent Forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.

People are required to have reports regarding health problems, pregnancy status, and medications they use continuously with them for participation in the tour.

If necessary due to agency obligation (road and weather conditions, etc.), the previously determined tour program may be changed. itctur.com cannot be held responsible for disruptions that may occur in places visited where transportation institutions and hotels are responsible.

Travel insurance is arranged for each guest in accordance with law no. 1618.

The guest’s advance payment made before going on the tour is non-refundable if they request cancellation due to personal reasons.

Guests’ payments made in cases such as illness, accident, etc. are refunded 100% upon presentation of a report.

The child discount is valid only on the condition of staying with 2 adults. Every individual over the age of two is required to have a seat on the bus. On bus tours, children aged 0-1.99 are not charged. If a bus seat is requested for children, the 3-11 age child price applies.

The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by Tatilciniz Turizm Operations.

Special seat selection cannot be made.

In case of objection regarding seat placement, payment refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

In triple rooms, the third bed may not be as comfortable as a standard bed. Depending on the situation, the hotel may provide our guests with a foldable bed or a sofa bed. PLEASE MAKE THE DECISION ABOUT THE THIRD BED AT THE TIME OF SALE. OTHERWISE, NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE HOTEL

Extra tours operate depending on the number of participants. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest has no right to compensation. In this case, itctur.com has no responsibility. Extra tour prices may change. In this case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not taken into account; the date the tour departs is taken into account. The extra tour price valid in the period of travel will apply. The guest has purchased the tour by accepting this.

The times specified in the tour program are calculated according to normal weather and road conditions, and in the event of possible delays, Tatilciniz Turizm has no responsibility, and the guest has no right to compensation.

Changes may be made in the tour accommodation regions and hotels, provided they are of the same standard depending on occupancy.

itctur.com has no responsibility for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour.

On flights, itctur.com reserves the right to change the airport, airline company, and flight time depending on occupancy and provided that the program is not disrupted.

For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Guests’ passports must be undamaged/unworn/untorn. It is mandatory for individuals to fulfill the legal requirements necessary to enter the countries to be visited. Responsibility for tours not taking place due to expired passports belongs to our guests.

itctur.com acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary; Tatilciniz Turizm has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Tatilciniz Turizm only undertakes the role of intermediary institution. itctur.com has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

The exit fee stamp required to be taken at border crossings can be obtained from the relevant banks before the tour, or easily obtained at border gates.

Tatilciniz Turizm is not responsible for time losses that may occur due to congestion at border crossings.

In countries entered with an identity card on overseas tours (GEORGIA-UKRAINE-CYPRUS-MOLDOVA), passage is only possible with the new identity card.

Please carry money belonging to those countries with you according to the currency of the country you will be traveling to.

The minimum number of participants required for the departure of this tour is projected to be 30. If there is not a sufficient majority, itctur.com reserves the right to cancel the tour provided that notice is given 3 days in advance. In the event of cancellation of the tour, itctur.com must personally notify the cancellation. Since this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. The prepayment amount is minimum 30% of the reservation fee on the registration date. The full remaining tour fee must be completed 7 days before the tour departure date. The latest circular supersedes the previous circular.
