Day 1 Istanbul – Belgrade

Meeting at Istanbul Airport, international departures terminal, 4 hours before our flight. Departure to Belgrade on Turkish Airlines flight TK1079 at 14:35. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrival at 14:25 and after border entry procedures, our city tour of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia and one of the oldest cities in Europe, a new symbol of vibrancy and dynamism, begins by private coach. Among the places to be seen are the Old Palace adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Turkish era, the Millennium Monument, Belgrade Fortress, one of the supply centers of the Ottoman navy where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded for the sake of the conquest at the point where the Sava River joins the Danube, but whose conquest was achieved by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, Kale Megdan, Tašmajdan, Military Museum, the tomb of Martyr Ali Pasha, and Bayrakli Mosque. After the tour, overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 2 Belgrade

After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Guests who wish may join the Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito’s Mausoleum Tour & Tesla Museum Tour. At the end of our tour, transfer to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Guests who wish may join our extra Zemun - Avala Tower and Tito’s Mausoleum tour. On this tour, we first go to Zemun. In Zemun, we will see mansions from the Austria-Hungary period, the bazaar, the taverns street, the old theater, and Zemun Park. Then we go to Avala Tower, designed by architects Ugljesa Bogunovic and Slobodan Janjic. After visiting the tower, which was bombed by NATO in 1999 and reopened in 2010, we will visit the memorial tomb of Tito, the Croatian-born founder of the 2nd Yugoslavia, Marshal Tito. Elected President of Yugoslavia on January 13, 1953 and turning Yugoslavia into a Socialist Federal Republic. He was made president for life in 1974 and died in 1980, but after our visit to Tito’s tomb, whose controversy still continues, we will visit the Tesla Museum. Nikola Tesla, the Serbian-born American inventor, physicist, and electro-physics expert, left his mark on many used and unused experiments/inventions that could fundamentally change the structure of science and technology in the world. His invention and demonstration of wireless electricity transmission especially explains what an extraordinary inventor he was. We are sure you will be amazed by this museum.

Day 3 Belgrade

After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Guests who wish may join the Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour. At the end of our tour, transfer to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Extra Tour: Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour: 65 Euro

On this tour, we set off in the morning by private vehicle to go to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary-Venice and Poland. During our visit, the 4-door venue where the agreement was signed, as well as the square, the four lions fountain, the historic high school, and Orthodox and Catholic churches are among the places we will see. After a coffee break, we continue our journey. Along the way, at Petrovaradin Fortress, we will see Belgrade Gate, the clock tower, the upper city, the long barracks, and Leopold Gate. Then arrival in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. Economically, it is the most developed region of Serbia and its capital is Novi Sad. During our walking tour here, Freedom Square, the People's Theatre, Danube Street and the waterfront, the Statue of Svetozar Miletić, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue will be seen panoramically.

Day 4 Belgrade - Istanbul

After breakfast, free time after the rooms are vacated. After free time, transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul Airport on Turkish Airlines flight TK1084 at 15:15. Arrival at 19:05 and the end of our tour. We hope to see you again on our next organization.
