ISTANBUL – BRUSSELS – LUXEMBOURG
We depart for Brussels at 11:05 on AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF65 after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, which you will carry out by being at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight. Following our arrival at Brussels Airport at 12:45 local time, we set off with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport to organize our Luxembourg city tour. Luxembourg is the world leader in terms of per capita income according to IMF and World Bank data. The capital, also named Luxembourg as the country, is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage List and is the only city that has managed to become European Capital of Culture twice, in 1995 and 2007. After the city tour we will organize in Luxembourg, one of Europe’s smallest countries in terms of area, we head to our hotel in the Luxembourg region. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for our hotel in the Alsace region. Along the way, our guests who wish may join the extra Strasbourg program (50 Euro). Strasbourg, located on the border of Germany, Switzerland, and France and also the largest city in the Alsace region, will greet us like something straight out of a fairy tale, as beautiful as a painting. Added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988 and hosting the European Parliament since 1992, Strasbourg’s city tour on foot through its vehicle-free center and streets includes; Petite France, famous for its Alsace Houses that make us feel in the middle of a fairytale land, Gutenberg Square and Statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important structure located in the very heart of the city, and Kammerzell House, the city’s oldest house which still continues to serve as a hotel and restaurant today. During the free time after the tour, our guests who wish may join the extra Pearls of Alsace: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). On our tour, we first go to the fairy-tale town of Colmar and see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the city’s most famous area Petite Venise (Little Venice) with its colorful houses around the Rhine River. In the unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will find the opportunity to buy many delicious foods to suit your taste as well as many souvenirs. Our next stop is Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flower-decorated balconies, its unique row of shops, cobblestone streets closed to cars, buildings that somehow survived World War II without damage, and charming cafes; with its tower that also houses the Dolder Museum, which carries the city’s story to the present day with documents, it will not fall short of Grimm fairy tales. ALSACE – (Bern & Gruyeres Tour) – LAUSANNE – GENEVA
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we set off for Lausanne. Along the way, our guests who wish may join the extra Bern & Gruyeres Tour (70 Euro). We first arrive in Bern. Bern is one of the very few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historical texture, it is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Located within Switzerland and with German as its official language, Bern also shows the influence of German culture in its architecture. After the city tour we will conduct in Bern, built around the Aare River, we move on to Gruyeres. Selected as Switzerland’s most beautiful village in 2014 and the homeland of the world-famous Gruyère cheese, Gruyères is a fairy-tale village that has preserved its medieval character intact to the present day, given its name to the region and to the region’s world-famous cheese, and is adorned with flower-filled houses and streets. Located on a hill at 800 m altitude in the upper valley of the Saane River and closed to vehicle traffic, this village is famous not only for its cheese but also for Switzerland’s famous dish fondue. After the surrounding excursion we will offer in Gruyères, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Lausanne. Upon arrival in Lausanne, we organize our city tour. Lausanne, which holds a very important place in our national history because it hosted the signing of the Treaty of Lausanne on July 24, 1923, is also one of the important episcopal centers of the Middle Ages. Our surrounding excursion in Lausanne, with its medieval castles, D’Ouchy Castle, palaces, cathedrals, and museum buildings that take visitors deep into history and whose charm is further enhanced by its location on the shores of Lake Geneva, after which we head to organize our Geneva city tour. After breakfast and hotel check-out, transfer to our hotel in the Paris region. Our guests who wish may also join the extra Geneva – Paris High-Speed Train Access Outlet Tour (95 Euro) program. In this program, we first travel from Geneva to Paris comfortably by high-speed train in about 3 hours. Upon our arrival at the train station in Paris, we begin our tour accompanied by our guide. (In this tour, which will be organized depending on sufficient participation, the tour guide will accompany the guests who purchased the High-Speed Train Outlet Tour program and will travel with them to Paris by high-speed train.) We offer free time at the outlet center, which offers its visitors the opportunity to enjoy and experience pleasant and affordable shopping with its stylish stores of many prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas. PARIS – (Paris Phenomena Tour and Seine River Boat Tour) – (Paris Icons Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Our guests who wish may join our extra Paris Phenomena and Seine River Boat Tour (85 Euro). We start our Paris Phenomena tour with the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris and even of France. Built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Paris 3rd Universal Exhibition, this structure made of a mixture of steel and iron was spared demolition after attracting great interest from tourists during and after the 1889 Universal Exhibition and has remained standing to this day. We offer free time around the Eiffel Tower for photography and surrounding excursion. During this free time, guests who wish may go up to the 2nd floor of the tower, which consists of 3 sections (floors) and is reached by elevator to each section, and enjoy the unique view of Paris and take beautiful photos (Optional Eiffel Tower elevator ascent fee 23€, not included in the extra tour price). After our Eiffel tour, we organize a Seine River boat tour. (Boat tour is included in the extra tour price.) The 776 km long Seine River, one of the most well-known rivers in the world, divides the city into two. During the excursion we will make with long boats moving slowly on the river, we will see many famous buildings of Paris and the 37 bridges over the river from a unique angle. After our Seine River excursion, via the Invalide (Veterans) Square route, we will see the Lady Diana Monument, the 17th-century royal entertainment center Palais Royal, and the Comedie Francaise Square, which includes many historical buildings including the French State Theater, panoramically, and reach the BENLUX Store, which has been the international center of Paris fashion with its perfumes since 1959, and we give free time for shopping and surrounding excursion. Our guests who wish may visit the Louvre Museum, which was built as a fortress for defensive purposes during the Middle Ages but began to be used as a museum after the French Revolution, and which was visited by nearly 10 million people in 2012, after the photo break we will provide, during the free time offered (Optional Louvre Museum entrance fee 33€, not included in the extra tour price). On our tour, we will first go to Montmartre Hill, where bohemian life still continues today, known as the “Hill of Painters” thanks to street painters and caricaturists and the work of many famous painters, and which forms the highest point of Paris. After visiting the Sacré-Cœur Basilica on this 130-meter hill (transportation by funicular fee is included in the extra tour price), we will have free time for a portrait in the painters’ square and for surrounding excursion. PARIS – (Brugge Tour) – BRUSSELS – AMSTERDAM
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Brussels. Along the way, our guests who wish may join the extra Brugge Tour (50 Euro). Known as “the Venice of Belgium” thanks to its houses in the water and streets made up of canals, Brugge is known as a dream city. The city’s historical structure and medieval architecture, which were not damaged by chance during World War II, have remained standing to this day. The single-story, colorful-roofed houses that look like cakes, churches, statues, and cobblestone medieval streets that appear before us in the city square will draw us into a fairy tale. After the city tour we will conduct in Brugge, we continue our journey to Brussels. Upon arrival in Brussels, we organize our city tour. Brussels, which is considered the European Union and European capital thanks to housing many institutions related to both Belgium and the European Union and NATO, is a city that has managed to preserve many historical artifacts throughout history. After our city tour in Brussels, home to Grand Palace, one of Europe’s most famous and lively squares, and many places famous for their Gothic historical and architectural texture, we set off for Amsterdam. AMSTERDAM – (Amsterdam Icons Tour) – (Fairytale Villages & Windmills Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, our guests who wish may join the extra Amsterdam Icons Tour (55 Euro) program. In our tour, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Central Station are among the main sights. After our tour, where we discover the city from different angles by walking through Amsterdam’s local neighborhoods and narrow streets, famous for its walkways and canals, and visit its world-famous streets, we offer free time. During this free time, our guests who wish may join the extra Fairytale Villages & Windmills Tour (75 Euro) program. We first arrive in Volendam on our tour. Volendam, a fishing town, we complete our program with a walking tour on the streets surrounded by well-maintained and beautiful houses and along the seafront road full of restaurants and cafes, and move on to Zaandam. Located in the north of the country along the Zaan River, Zaandam is among the favorites of Instagram influencers with its open-air museum feature, where modern shopping opportunities and traditional historical green Zaan houses come together. After the surrounding excursion and free time we will offer in Zaandam, which holds the title of being the place where Europe’s first McDonald’s restaurant opened, we move on to Zaanse Schans, our tour’s final stop. With its windmills, museums, nature, and culture, this historic town is one of the Netherlands’ most popular tourist attractions. After our Zaanse Schans excursion, where we will see shops where we can find souvenirs such as wooden clogs as well as mills currently used in paint and oil production (entrance fees to the ruins area are included in the extra tour price. The optional Zaanse Schans museum entrance fee of 15€ is not included), we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Amsterdam region.
AMSTERDAM – BRUSSELS – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Brussels Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul at 13:45 on AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF66. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 19:10 local time and the end of our tour.
