Çukurova Active London Diaries Tour - Sun Express - 8 September 2026 - 3 Nights 4 Days

DAY 1: ÇUKUROVA → LONDON 

On the first day of our tour, in the morning we depart from Mersin Çukurova Airport on Sun Express Airlines’ scheduled flight at 06:00. After approximately 4 hours of travel, we land at London Stansted Airport at 08:50 local time. After passport and baggage procedures, we begin exploring London directly.

During our panoramic city tour, we view from the outside many important landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, one of England’s most iconic structures; Hyde Park, famous for its lush greenery; and Big Ben, one of the country’s emblematic buildings, while gaining our first impressions of the city accompanied by our guide’s explanations. We take a short break at Trafalgar Square for some rest and to eat. 

After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel, free time. Overnight at our hotel

DAY 2: GREAT LONDON CITY TOUR 

After breakfast, with our guests who wish, a full-day extra Great London Tour. (125 £) 

We begin our full tour, during which we will discover both the historical and modern face of London. Our first stop is the City of London area, known as London’s financial center. With its deep-rooted history dating back to Roman times, this area has managed to preserve its historical texture despite being surrounded by skyscrapers today.

We start our walking tour with St Paul’s Cathedral, one of the city’s oldest and most important religious structures. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, this impressive cathedral is one of the most iconic elements of London’s skyline, especially with its massive dome. 

We continue our tour with a panoramic view of the Tower of London, one of London’s symbols. Built in the 11th century, this structure has been used throughout history as a palace, prison, and treasury. We take a photo break at Tower Bridge, located right next to it and now one of the symbols of modern London.

Continuing our City tour, we complete the first half of the day with a lunch break at Borough Market, one of the most popular street food stops in London.

After completing our City of London tour, we move on to the City of Westminster, London’s political and royal center. Our first stop here is Buckingham Palace, one of the most important symbols of the British monarchy. 

We continue our tour with the Parliament Building (Palace of Westminster), considered the political heart of England, and Big Ben located right next to it. 

During our walking tour, we also view Westminster Abbey panoramically. This historic building, where royal coronation ceremonies are held, is one of the most important places in English history.

In the final part of our tour, we provide free time at Covent Garden, one of London’s most lively squares. Guests who wish may explore the surrounding shops, spend time in cafés, or enjoy the city atmosphere.

After meeting at the designated time, return to our hotel and end of our tour.

DAY 3: OXFORD & BICESTER VILLAGE OUTLET TOUR 

After breakfast, we depart from the hotel for the full-day extra Oxford & Bicester Village tour (125 £), with our guests who wish to join. Oxford, one of England’s most established academic cities, is our first stop.

During the walking tour we will take with our guide, landmarks such as Radcliffe Camera, one of the city’s iconic structures; Bodleian Library, one of the world’s oldest libraries; St Mary the Virgin Church, with its elegant architecture; and Christ Church College, which also hosted the Harry Potter films, will be viewed from the outside. Pleasant walks in this historical atmosphere allow us to breathe in Oxford’s enchanting air. After the guide’s explanations, during the short free time given, guests who wish may also explore the city individually.

After our Oxford visit, with about a 30-minute journey, we head to Bicester Village Outlet Center, one of England’s most popular shopping destinations. Here, guests are offered the opportunity to shop and spend time in boutiques that offer products from world-famous luxury brands at outlet prices. The large open-air shopping area provides a very enjoyable environment for both shopping and relaxing.

At the end of the day, we return to London with shopping bags and great memories. Overnight at our hotel.

DAY 4: LONDON → ÇUKUROVA / RETURN

After breakfast at the hotel, once we have checked out and completed our preparations, we depart at the designated time for transfer to the airport.

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures. For guests who wish, the extra Piccadilly Circus Tour will be arranged and we will do our final shopping. (35£) After leaving the hotel, we head toward Piccadilly Circus, one of London’s most lively and vibrant areas. Here we take a short walk to explore Leicester Square and Chinatown. We enjoy free time amid colorful streets, the atmosphere where different cultures come together, and the energy of the city.

After meeting at the designated time, we head to the airport

With Sun Express Airlines’ flight, we return to Mersin at 19:25. With our arrival at Çukurova Airport at 01:10, our tour ends. We hope to see you on your next trip!

A minimum participation of 15 people is required for the extra tours in the program to be carried out. Please note that if the number of participants falls below this, the relevant tour may not take place.

Local transportation such as metro, train, bus, and ferry may be used on extra tours. In this way, not only is time loss caused by traffic prevented, but there is also an opportunity to witness the real life of the city more closely.
