Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the scheduled time. Guests who arrive late and cannot join the tour have no right to make any claims.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provide is correct. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with you.
When children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during the trip.
If the Guide deems it necessary due to weather conditions and adverse road conditions, they have the right to make changes to the timing and flow of the program, provided that the entire program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed provided that they are of the same standard and location.
Our tour is a package including guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursion rights, etc. are non-refundable. If the required quorum is not met, the tour may be postponed to a different date or canceled. In such a case, we are obliged to notify our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The minimum number of participants is 25 people.
Turlasana.com is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowds at the places to be visited, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
When the agency does not reach the required number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send customers to a different agency with the same or a similar tour program, so that the customer's holiday plan will not be disrupted.
Return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; a definite and exact return time is not given.
On overnight tours, the 0–6 age child discount applies when accompanied by two adults. It is used for a single child.
Our foreign national guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay any extra difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is specific to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, a museum card is not provided. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.

We are starting our Darıca Hobbit Village Tuzla Marina Aqua Park & Aquarium Tour by departing from the specified meeting points.
The first stop of our tour is a breakfast at Darıca Antik Cafe, one of Kocaeli’s largest facilities, with magnificent views and delicious flavors. After breakfast, we head to Darıca Hobbit Village, located within the newly opened national garden on Darıca coast. There are more than 10 Hobbit villages in Darıca Hobbit Village. Completed in 2019, the Hobbit village built on the coastline reflects the harmony of blue and green; in this seaside village, you can enjoy the green nature and spend lovely moments in front of the magnificent view. The Hobbit houses, built without harming the natural structure, offer a visual feast with the details used in the doors and windows as well as their stone color.
After the time we spend here, without wasting time, we set off for our new route, Tuzla Aqua Park. The Aqua Park, which opens its doors to visitors of all ages, includes Theme Park, Lion Park, Aquarium Park, and Aqua Park.
You are invited to enjoy the fun to the fullest at Marina Aquapark, Istanbul’s largest Aqua Park.
