IMPORTANT INFORMATION
No seat number promises or guarantees can be made during the tour. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the scheduled time. Guests who arrive late and cannot join the tour shall have no right to make any claims.
Before the date of participation in the tour, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provide is correct. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to you.
When children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother or father, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for tour participation with them during the trip.
If deemed necessary, the Guide has the right to make changes to the timing, program flow, and sightseeing area, provided that the tour program is carried out, in cases such as adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, or crowded sightseeing areas. Hotels stated in the program may be changed, provided that they are similar in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package including guidance, transportation, accommodation, and excursions around the area and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions around the area, etc. rights are not refundable. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the package may be postponed to a different date, provided that guests who purchased the package are informed in advance; guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and a refund will be issued to guests who made the purchase. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to notify our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The minimum number of participants is 25 people.
itctur.com is not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, roads, crowding at visitation points, places/areas closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timing given by our guide.
When the agency cannot reach the sufficient number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different agency with the same or similar tour program, so that our guests can carry out the tour program they purchased without their vacation plan being disrupted.
The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density, and no clear or definite return time is given.
On tours with accommodation, the 0–6 age child discount is for one child with two adults.
Foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay any extra fee on this tour. Since the museum card application is a special application for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, no museum card is provided. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.
The 12 Islands boat tour, Butterfly Valley boat tour, and boat tours in Gokova stated in the program are subject to an extra fee and participation is optional. If the number is insufficient, the guide may continue with the sightseeing points specified in the program. The Dalyan boat tour on the first day stated in the program is included in the tour fee. The day and timing of the boat tours may be changed according to the flow of the program.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip.
Do not forget to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night, lip balm and a hat since all our excursions will be during the day, a small bag for your shopping, and of course, most importantly, a camera, spare memory card, charging kit, and spare battery.
RESERVATION DETAILS
As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified.
After the Tour Registration confirmation reaches you, you can participate in our tour. Guests who do not receive the tour confirmation email cannot participate in our tour.
During reservation, please provide us with your Republic of Turkey ID number and your date of birth as day, month, and year.
It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person for whom the reservation is made. itctur.com is not responsible for any possible problems that may arise if incomplete information is provided to us.
MUSEUM AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE ENTRANCE FEES
If our guide deems necessary, they have the right to change the tour flow on the condition that the full program is implemented. Private business entrance fees, museum and archaeological site entrance fees are the responsibility of our guests. At private businesses, our guests aged 7/12 will pay the student fee upon presenting an ID (Private businesses may change this rule; in updated cases, the new rules will apply). All guests participating in the tour who wish to enter museums are obliged to pay this fee. At museum and archaeological site entrances belonging to the Ministry, our guests under 18 and over 65 can obtain a free ticket from the ticket booth by presenting ID.

Fethiye 12 Islands Boat Tour
After our overnight journey, we will stop for a breakfast break at a rest facility along the route in the morning.
After breakfast, we depart for Fethiye, famous for its unique nature and turquoise sea. After a journey of approximately 2 hours
we arrive in central Fethiye.
After our arrival in Fethiye, guests who wish may join the 12 Islands Boat Tour organized as an extra activity (lunch
included). On this enjoyable tour, which will take place between 10:00 and 18:00, we set out on an unforgettable blue voyage among the
beautiful coves and islands of Fethiye Bay. Throughout the day, we take swimming
breaks in crystal-clear waters and enjoy the sun and sea to the fullest.
During our boat tour, we stop for swimming and photo breaks at unique spots such as Yassıca Islands, Aquarium Bay, Red Island, and Rabbit Island,
which are among the most beautiful places in the region. This boat tour, which we will enjoy amid the enchanting beauty of turquoise tones, the natural atmosphere of the islands, and
the deep blue coves, will be one of the most unforgettable moments of your vacation.
After our boat tour, we transfer to our vehicle and head to our hotel. After arriving at the hotel, we have dinner

After having our breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish to do so can join one of the extra activities below, where they can discover the nature and unique beauty of the region.
Full-Day Jeep Safari Tour
Guests who want to join the Jeep Safari program are picked up from the hotel in special safari vehicles. During this fun and adventure-filled tour, which will last approximately from 08:00 to 19:00, we discover the region’s most impressive natural beauties. Within the program, we take breaks at natural wonders such as Saklıkent Canyon and Gizlikent Waterfall, enjoying the cool waters and magnificent views. After this enjoyable day, where nature, fun, and adventure come together, we return to our hotel.
Full-Day Fethiye Diving Activity
In the morning, we leave the hotel with the vehicles waiting for us and head to our diving boat. After the briefing given by certified instructors with international licenses, we proceed to the diving spots. For our guests who will experience diving for the first time, a “Discovery Dive” option is offered. Throughout this full-day program, swimming breaks are also provided in addition to professional dives. During our boat tour, you can have the opportunity to swim, sunbathe, and discover the unique beauty of the sea in the crystal-clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. After our activity program, we return to our hotel.

Babadağ Paragliding
We depart from our hotel with the vehicles waiting for us and head toward the unique summit of Babadağ. In Babadağ, known as one of the most beautiful paragliding spots in the world, an unforgettable flight experience begins after the necessary briefing and a short training session, accompanied by professional and licensed pilots.
The moment you glide into the sky, time seems to slow down with the mesmerizing Ölüdeniz view stretching beneath your feet. While gliding among the clouds accompanied by the turquoise sea, golden sandy beaches, and lush nature, you will experience both adrenaline and peace at the same time. This unique experience will be one of the most unforgettable moments of our Fethiye tour.
Ölüdeniz Boat Tour
With the vehicles waiting for us, we join the Ölüdeniz Boat Tour, which is organized as an extra. With our boat departing from Ölüdeniz Beach, we set out to discover Fethiye’s beautiful bays.
In this enjoyable tour, which includes lunch and swimming breaks, we stop for swimming in unique bays, especially Butterfly Valley, one of the region’s most impressive natural beauties. Our program, where we will have the opportunity to swim in turquoise waters, sunbathe, and enjoy nature, ends at around 18:00, after which we return to our hotel.
After our arrival at the hotel in the evening, we have our dinner. After dinner, free time is given.

Marmaris - Akyaka Boat Tour - Return Journey
Our tour’s last day begins with the morning breakfast we will have at our hotel. After breakfast, we leave our hotel and
after an enjoyable journey of approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, we arrive in Marmaris. During the free
time we will have in Marmaris, our guests may take a swimming break to enjoy the sea, walk along the coast, or
shop in the bazaar.
After the free time, we head towards Akyaka, famous for its natural beauty. Upon our arrival in Akyaka, we enjoy a pleasant
45-minute boat tour on the Azmak Stream, renowned for its crystal-clear water and unique nature. During this peaceful tour,
we will have the opportunity to see the cool waters of the Azmak Stream and the surrounding natural beauty up close.
After our Azmak Stream tour, we begin the return journey. During the stop we will make in Çine along our route,
our guests who wish will have the opportunity to taste Çine Çöp Şiş, one of the region’s famous delicacies. (Extra)
