Seat number promises and guarantees absolutely cannot be given during the tour. Please do not insist.

Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the departure time. Guests who are late and cannot join the tour cannot claim any rights.

Before the participation date of the tour, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provide is correct. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to you.

When children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with the individuals during travel.

If deemed necessary by the Guide in cases such as adverse weather conditions, crowded road conditions, or the density of places to visit in the region, the Guide has the right to make changes to the timing, flow of the program, and the region to be visited, provided that the tour program is carried out. Hotels specified in the program may be changed, provided that they are similar in terms of standards and location.

Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursion rights, etc. are non-refundable. If sufficient participation is not achieved, provided that the guests who purchased the package are informed in advance, the tour may be postponed to a different date, guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and the fees of the guests who made the purchase will be refunded. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to inform our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The Minimum Number of Participants is 25 people.

itctur.com is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, congestion at the places to be visited, places/areas closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.

When the agency does not reach a sufficient number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different agency that has the same or a similar tour program, thus allowing our guests to complete the tour program they purchased without disrupting their holiday plans.

The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no exact and definite return time is given.

In tours with accommodation, the 0–6 age child discount is used for one child accompanying two adults.

Our foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay any additional difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is a special application for T.C. citizens, no museum card is issued. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.

Additional Information

RECOMMENDATIONS

During the excursion, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred.
We recommend that you bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night. Since all our excursions will be during the day, do not forget to bring lip balm, sunscreen and a hat, a small bag for your purchases and, most importantly, a camera and spare memory card and charging kit, spare battery.

RESERVATION DETAILS

As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration approval will be sent to the email address you specified. You can join our tour after the Tour Registration approval reaches you. Guests who do not receive the tour approval email cannot participate in our tour.
It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person making the reservation. itctur.com is not responsible for any possible mishaps that may occur if this information is provided incomplete to us.
During the reservation, please state your T.C. identity number and your date of birth to us as day, month and year.

MUSEUM AND RUINS SITE ENTRY FEES

Our guide has the right to make changes to the tour flow, provided that the entire program is implemented, if deemed necessary. Private business entrance fees, museum and ruins site entrance fees are the responsibility of our guests. Our guests under 18 and over 65 can enter the museums for free by purchasing a ticket at the box office with identification (if this rule is changed by the Ministry, our guests must comply with the new rules and conditions). All our guests participating in the tour who wish to enter the museums are obliged to pay this fee.

VEHICLES TO BE USED

Our vehicles to be used in the tours are determined according to the number of people and road conditions, and regional conditions; no promise can be made for the type of vehicles to be used in the tours.
All vehicles used in our tours are tourism vehicles.
For 38 people and above, Otokar Doruk Mercedes Travego –Tourismo, Man Fortuna, Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.
