After meeting with you, our valued guests, we begin our enjoyable journey by settling into our comfortable vehicle for the Day Trip Eskişehir – Odunpazarı Tour, which we will carry out with the privilege of ITC TUR. Our first stop is the shore of Sapanca Lake, where we will feel the tranquility of nature. After a delicious breakfast with a lake view, we turn our route toward Eskişehir.

At the end of our peaceful journey following the Kocaeli – Adapazarı line, we arrive in Eskişehir, one of the finest examples of modern urbanism in Turkey. This city, which preserves its cultural identity while also carrying all the touches of contemporary life, gives its guests the feeling of a “city to live in” at first glance. In this special city where the old and the new blend in harmony, we begin our tour together.
Our first visit point on the tour is Sazova Science, Art and Culture Park, which has become one of the symbols of Eskişehir. In the park, which attracts visitors of all ages with its fairy-tale atmosphere, we listen to our guide’s informative explanations about the Fairy Tale Castle, Pirate Ship, and thematic sections. Afterwards, free time is given so you can take photos and create unforgettable memories.

(Note: The Fairy Tale Castle and Pirate Ship are paid areas; these places are visited individually during our guests’ free time, not collectively with the guide.)

After the free time, we visit the Devrim Car, which left its mark on Turkish automotive history. We listen to the proud yet sad story of Turkey’s first domestic automobile from our guide and have the opportunity to see the last remaining example of the vehicle up close. After a short photo break, we head to one of the region’s popular restaurants for lunch and meet local flavors. (Extra)

After our meal, we head to the city center and reach the area of Porsuk Stream, known as the heart of Eskişehir. During the free time we offer here, those who wish can walk along the shore, take a tea & coffee break, or brighten their day with enjoyable activities such as the ESBOT boat tour and gondola tour.

After the pleasant moments, we proceed to the Historic Odunpazarı Houses, the most characteristic district of Eskişehir with a 600-year history. Guests who wish may visit the Wax Sculpture Museum and the Glass Arts Museum, which are within walking distance. With those who do not prefer museum visits, we tour the Atlıhan Meerschaum and Handicrafts Bazaar, located in the heart of Odunpazarı, accompanied by our guide, and go on an enjoyable discovery within the historical texture of the region. The Odunpazarı Houses, carrying the most elegant examples of Ottoman architecture, offer a nostalgic atmosphere as if time has stopped.

(Note: Since the Wax Sculpture Museum and the Glass Arts Museum are 2 museums that create long queues, guests who wish may stand in line and visit the museums, and guests who wish may continue to the Odunpazarı area with our guide.)

At the end of the day, we bid farewell to Eskişehir and begin our return journey to Istanbul. Following the Bozüyük – Adapazarı route, we arrive in Istanbul in the evening hours. Leaving behind a day rich in both culture and scenery, full of enjoyment, we hope to meet again at the next ITC TUR organization.
