IMPORTANT INFORMATION

During the tour, a seat number promise or guarantee cannot be given under any circumstances. Please do not insist.

Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before departure time. Our vehicles depart at the departure time. Guests who are late and cannot join the tour cannot claim any rights.

Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, responsibility lies with you.

When children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during the trip.

If deemed necessary by the Guide due to adverse weather conditions, crowded road conditions, or the density of places to visit in the region, the Guide has the right to make changes to the timing, program flow, and sightseeing area, provided that the tour program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed provided they are similar in standards and location.

Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. rights are non-refundable. If sufficient participation is not achieved, provided that package purchasers are informed in advance, the tour may be postponed to another date, guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and the fees of the guests who made the purchase may be refunded. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to inform our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. Minimum Number of Participants is 25 People.

ITC TOUR is not responsible under any circumstances for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, congestion at places to be visited, places/regions closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timing given by our guide.

When the Agency does not reach a sufficient number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different Agency that has the same or a similar tour program, so that our guests can carry out the tour program they purchased without disrupting their vacation plans.

Return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no exact or definite return time is given.

On package tours with accommodation, the 0–6 age child discount is used for one child with two adults.

Foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay an additional difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is a practice special to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, a museum card is not provided. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.

The participant accepts, declares, and undertakes that the package tour purchased is carried out on the basis of group organization and that they will fully comply with the departure times specified in the tour program, the meeting points announced verbally or in writing by the guide, the free time periods, and the program flow.

The participant who leaves the group during the tour without the guide's knowledge and approval, goes outside the designated route, does not return on time to the meeting point and time notified to them, acts individually without informing the guide or organization officials, or delays the movement of the group for any reason, is personally responsible for all consequences arising from this behavior.

The free time granted to the participant within the scope of the tour program is determined in order to protect the planned flow of the tour, the points of visit, the transportation organization, and the rights of other participants, and these periods are minimum and binding in nature. In the event that the participant exceeds the free time, does not comply with the designated meeting time, or causes delays in the program due to personal preferences, the Agency has no legal, financial, or criminal liability for any resulting time losses, shortened visit durations, removal of certain sightseeing points from the program, passing through them panoramically, switching to an alternative program, or the inability to complete the tour as planned.

As a result of delays that may occur in the tour program due to the fault of one or more participants, for museums, archaeological sites, natural areas, events, restaurants, shopping points, or other visiting areas that cannot be visited, have shortened duration, or must be removed from the program, participants hereby accept in advance that they cannot claim refunds, discounts, compensation, additional services, a compensation tour, or any rights or receivables under any name.

In order to ensure the safety and order of the tour and that the program can continue in the most efficient way possible, the guide has the authority to continue the program after a reasonable waiting period, taking into account the general interest of the group. In this case, all additional transportation, transfer, accommodation, or similar expenses required for the late participant to rejoin the group shall be borne by them, and the Agency cannot in any way be held responsible for these expenses.

If the participant's personal negligence, delay, or actions contrary to the program flow cause inconvenience to other participants, or if transportation reservations, museum entry times, boat, cable car, train, plane, or similar reserved services are missed, or the program is partially or fully disrupted, such a situation cannot be considered force majeure and therefore no fault, responsibility, or compensation obligation can be attributed to the Agency.

The participant accepts, declares, and undertakes that the package tour is not an individual but a group organization, that complying with the time schedule set for the healthy conduct of the organization is a fundamental obligation, that they are personally responsible for any delays, disruptions, and consequences that may arise due to their own fault, negligence, or behavior contrary to the rules, and that for these reasons they will not make any material or moral claims against the Agency.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip.

Please remember to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening, lip balm and a hat since all our tours will be during the day, a small bag for any shopping you may do, and of course, most importantly, a camera and spare memory card, charger kit, and spare battery.

RESERVATION DETAILS

As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified.
After the Tour Registration confirmation reaches you, you can participate in our tour. Guests who do not receive the tour confirmation email cannot participate in our tour.
It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person for whom the reservation is made. ITC TOUR is not responsible for any possible problems that may arise if incomplete information is provided to us.

VEHICLES TO BE USED

Our vehicles to be used in the tours are determined according to the number of people, road conditions, and regional conditions; no promise can be made regarding the type of vehicle to be used in the tours.
All vehicles used in our tours are tourism vehicles.

For 38 people and over, Otokar Doruk, Mercedes Travego – Tourismo, Man Fortuna, Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; for up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; for up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; for up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.

MUSEUM AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE ENTRY FEES

If our guide deems necessary, they have the right to make changes in the tour flow provided that the entire program is implemented. Private business entry fees, museum and archaeological site entry fees are the responsibility of our guest. Guests between the ages of 7 and 12 will pay the student fee upon presenting identification. All guests participating in the tour who wish to enter museums are obliged to pay this fee.
