IMPORTANT INFORMATION

During the tour, no seat number promise or guarantee can be given under any circumstances. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be present at the departure point at least 5 minutes before departure time. Our vehicles depart at the scheduled time. Guests who are late and cannot join the tour cannot claim any rights.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to you.

THE CUSTOMER acknowledges and declares that they have read and been informed by the brochure containing detailed information regarding the nature of the service subject to this Agreement, the sales price and payment method, and performance details; that for overseas accommodations they will carry their passport, which is valid for at least six months from the tour departure date and has at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamps at border gates, their valid visa and identity card, and in Cyprus tours their identity card; that in the event that departure is prevented due to any deficiency in passport-related procedures or personal reasons arising from the CUSTOMER (tax debt, lack of visa, عدم permission by any government institution, etc.) or entry into the country is prevented due to deficiencies and/or inconsistencies in passport, visa and similar procedures in the country from which departure from Turkey is made, the Package Tour Organizer and the AGENCY shall have no legal and/or criminal liability; that all responsibility regarding baggage and its contents belongs to them; that the CUSTOMER is obliged to track and control the belongings carried with them, and that the Package Tour Organizer, the AGENCY or their employees shall have no legal and/or criminal liability for items lost, stolen or damaged during the tour, and that for the reasons stated they will make no claims against the Package Tour Organizer, the AGENCY and/or their employees; that by signing this Agreement they are obliged to comply with the laws and customs applicable to the facility where they will stay and the vehicle they will travel in; that they will comply with the rules communicated by the tour leader, facility, agency and transportation vehicle officials regarding the service purchased, will not endanger the life and property safety/integrity of third parties, and that they will be personally and primarily responsible for all material/moral damages that may arise if they endanger the life and property safety/integrity of third parties, otherwise the Package Tour Organizer and the AGENCY will not perform the service subject to the Agreement and therefore the CUSTOMER will have no right to a refund; that the cost of extra food and beverages, personal expenses, and all goods and services outside the program that the CUSTOMER purchases outside the scope of the Package Tour subject to this Agreement will be paid by them; and that if they stop using the service on the grounds that the service rendered is defective, they will, in accordance with the duty of cooperation and diligent conduct, notify the Package Tour Organizer or AGENCY official and the hotel where they are staying in writing of the reasons for termination, otherwise they will be deemed to have received and used the service.

If children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour accompanied by either or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the persons during the trip.
If deemed necessary due to weather conditions and adverse road conditions, the Guide has the right to make changes to the timing and program flow, provided that the entire program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed, provided that they are the same in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package consisting of guidance, transportation, accommodation and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. rights are not refunded. If sufficient majority is not achieved, the tour may be postponed to a different date or canceled. In such a case, they are obliged to notify our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. Minimum number of participants is 25 people.
ITC TOUR is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, congestion at the places to be visited, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
When the agency cannot reach the sufficient number, it may send customers to a different agency with the same or similar tour program in order not to cancel the tour, thus ensuring that the customer's holiday plan is not disrupted.
The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no clear and definite return time is given.
In package tours with accommodation, the 0–6 age child discount applies with two adults. It is used for a single child.
Our foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay an additional difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is a special application for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, a museum card is not issued. The latest issued circular nullifies the previous circular.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip.
For the night, bring a cardigan or similar clothing, lip balm and a hat since all our trips are during the day, a small bag for your shopping and, most importantly, do not forget to bring your camera and spare memory card and charging kit spare battery.

During reservation, please specify your Turkish Republic ID number and your date of birth as day, month and year.

The vehicles to be used on tours are determined according to the number of people and road conditions.
For 38 people and above, Otokar Doruk Mercedes Travego –Tourismo, Man Fortuna, Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.
