Child Discount and Circular Rules

  • Child discount is valid for ages 7–12.
  • The tour circular is valid as of its publication date, 19.01.2026. Circulars published at later dates for the same tour invalidate the previous circular.
  • Mandatory additional services are included in the tour fee.

 

Important Information About Tours with Flights

  • For tours with flights, all procedures related to flights are subject to the provisions of the airline agreement.
  • Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation.
  • A tiered pricing system is applied; the announced prices start from the lowest class.
  • Economy-class flights are used in tour programs with flights.
  • Flight tickets are issued together as round-trip tickets. If the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also becomes invalid in accordance with the airlines’ “sequential use” rule. Therefore, participation in only the return flight is not possible.
  • Museum – Archaeological Site – National Park Entrance Fees

    All museum, archaeological site and national park entrance fees are the responsibility of our guests. To benefit from advantages at museums and archaeological sites where the Müzekart is valid, our guests may obtain a card from Müzekart sales points before or during the tour.

    Package Price Inclusions

    Our package tour prices include hotel accommodation, transportation and the sightseeing tours specified in the program.

    Rest Stops

    Breaks are taken at rest facilities along the route. Due to crowding, renovations or similar force majeure reasons, rest stops may be changed, provided that they are equivalent in terms of service quality and location.

    Optional Tours and Program Flow

    Night tours and optional excursions included in the tour program are organized depending on the number of participants and the availability of the assigned staff. Optional tours conducted en route may take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not wish to participate in an optional tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas before the city entrances or to city centers. In this case, guests who agree to wait at the rest area are considered to have participated in the tour.

    Due to weather conditions, road conditions or similar reasons, the guide may change the order of the program (the sightseeing points visited during the day or the order of the days) if deemed necessary.

    Go-Turkey cannot be held responsible for points that cannot be visited despite being included in the program due to force majeure (weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at sightseeing points, etc.) or because guests fail to comply with the schedules provided by the guide.

    Health Information

    Our guests are required to carry with them reports and information regarding any health problems they may experience during the tour, pregnancy status or medications they regularly use.

    Accommodation Information

    The hotel names specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities. Hotels may be changed depending on availability. Upon request, information about the hotel where guests will stay is shared with them no later than 48 hours before the tour departure. If the hotel is changed due to crowding or force majeure reasons, provided that the standards remain the same, our guests will be informed by Go-Turkey representatives.

    Recommendations

  • Clothing and shoes suitable for the geographical structure of the tour region and the weather conditions should be chosen.
  • You are advised to bring the necessary charging equipment for taking photographs and videos.
  • Regularly used medications should not be forgotten; allergic, chronic or hereditary conditions should be reported to the guide.
  • Personal care products, a backpack and personal items that will make the journey more enjoyable should be kept with you.
  • For programs that include boat tours and swimming breaks, bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and similar seaside equipment is recommended.
  • The tour program flow may be changed by the guide and agency, provided that the content remains the same.
  • Guests who register are deemed to have accepted the agency’s general conditions.
  • Child discounts are valid on the condition that the child shares a room with two adults. (A BABY AGED 0–2 costs 2200 TL)
  • Entry into Georgia is made with new identity cards.
  • Photographs are mandatory on the identity cards of children of ALL age groups entering Georgia.
  • For children under the age of 18 entering Georgia, if they are traveling with only their mother or only their father, a notarized

approved parental consent form must be presented.

GEORGIA (BATUMI – TBILISI) BORDER CROSSING INFORMATION

  1. Entry into Georgia is possible only with a new-type chip-enabled Turkish Republic Identity Card or passport. Old-type identity cards are not valid.
  2. The chip on identity cards must be intact and not broken, cracked or excessively worn. The chip on the back of the identity cards must be checked.
  3. All guests, including babies and children, are required to have new-type identity cards with photographs. The Georgian authorities do not accept identity cards without photographs.
  4. The tour company is not responsible for border crossing problems that may arise due to deformation, damage or the absence of a photograph on identity cards.
  5. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by both parents in order to cross into Georgia.
  6. If one of the parents is absent, a notarized parental consent form must be obtained from the absent parent.
  7. If both parents are absent, notarized parental consent forms from both parents are mandatory.
  8. It is mandatory to obtain a border tax stamp for crossings into Georgia. The border tax stamp can be obtained at the Sarp Border Gate, and the fee is paid by the guests.
  9. According to Georgian laws, no medication may be brought into the country. Legal proceedings may be initiated against persons carrying medication.
  10. For same-day visits, only one medication may be carried for use during the day, without its box and wrapped in paper.
  11. To bring alcohol, cigarettes and similar products from Georgia into Türkiye, guests must have stayed in Georgia for at least three days. These products may not be brought in during same-day visits.
  12. Periodic congestion may occur at the Sarp Border Gate. Therefore, an early departure from the hotel in the morning or a late arrival at the hotel in the evening may take place.
  13. Foreign-national guests who entered Türkiye with a passport must have a multiple-entry Turkish visa in order to travel to Georgia and return to Türkiye.
  14. Entry requirements for Georgia may vary according to the visa agreements between Georgia and the country that issued the passport or identity card.
  15. Citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus may enter Georgia with a Turkish Republic identity card if they entered Türkiye with a Turkish Republic identity card.
  16. Citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus who entered Türkiye with a European Union passport must obtain a multiple-entry visa in order to return to Türkiye.
  17. All guests must follow the guide’s instructions during border crossings.
  18. Border crossing procedures are entirely under the control of the official authorities of Georgia and Türkiye, and the tour company cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

On the first day of our tour, after meeting you, our valued guests, at the designated departure points, we complete the luggage and boarding procedures and begin our journey to the Black Sea in our comfortable buses. Following the route through Manisa, Salihli, Turgutlu, Balıkesir, Bursa and the Black Sea region, we enjoy a pleasant journey toward Samsun. We provide a comfortable and convenient travel experience with the necessary breaks we will take along the way.

After arriving in Samsun in the morning, we take a breakfast break. Following breakfast, we visit Tütün İskelesi and Bandırma Vapuru, two important symbols of the Turkish War of Independence. After our tour accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we visit Onur Anıtı and Gazi Müzesi, two of Samsun’s important landmarks.

As our tour continues, we offer free time at Yabancılar Çarşısı’nda for guests who wish to discover Samsun’s local atmosphere. After our shopping and relaxation break, we depart for Ordu.

In Ordu, which we reach while enjoying the unique views of the Black Sea, we ascend Boztepe’ye, one of the city’s iconic landmarks. During our enjoyable cable car journey, we have the opportunity to admire the magnificent views of Ordu and the Black Sea from above, and after our photo break, we continue our tour.

At the end of the day, we head to our hotel in Giresun and complete the check-in process. After having dinner at our hotel, we have free time to rest.

On the second day of our tour, after having breakfast at our hotel, we begin exploring the Black Sea’s unique natural and historical beauties.

Our first stop is the Atatürk Mansion, one of Trabzon’s most important landmarks. We visit this special building, which stands out with its magnificent garden, historic texture, and impressive architecture, accompanied by our guide’s explanations. After our tour of the mansion where Atatürk stayed during his visits to Trabzon, we take a photo break.

Continuing our tour, we depart for Uzungöl, one of the most visited natural beauties of the Black Sea region. We have free time in Uzungöl, which enchants visitors with its unique scenery surrounded by lush green forests. Guests who wish may take a walk around the lake, explore local products, and take unforgettable photographs.

Following our visit to Uzungöl, we depart toward Çamlıhemşin and Fırtına Valley, accompanied by the Black Sea’s unique natural scenery. We enjoy pleasant moments surrounded by nature in Fırtına Valley, famous for its magnificent landscapes. Guests who wish may participate in the Zipline and Swing activities to be organized here at an extra charge and experience adrenaline-filled moments.

After an enjoyable day in the heart of nature, we depart for our hotel. Following our check-in and settling into our rooms, we have dinner at our hotel and are given free time to rest.

On the third day of our tour, after having breakfast at our hotel, we set off to explore one of the most impressive highland routes in the Black Sea region.

As part of our highland excursion, which we will undertake with our service vehicles, we visit unique locations that encompass all the beauty of nature.

First, we arrive at Palovit Waterfall. At this natural wonder, one of the waterfalls with the highest flow rates in the Black Sea region, we take a photo break. We then visit Şenyuva Village, which draws attention with its historical texture and stone arch bridge.

Continuing our excursion, we arrive at Zilkale, one of the region’s most important historical structures. At the castle, which fascinates visitors with its commanding location overlooking the Fırtına Valley and its impressive architecture, we tour the site accompanied by our guide’s explanations and enjoy the magnificent views.

Afterwards, we set off for Ayder Plateau, one of the most famous highlands in the Black Sea region. We have free time in Ayder, with its lush green nature, wooden highland houses and peaceful atmosphere. Guests who wish may explore the natural beauty of the region and take photographs.

After our highland excursion, we visit Timisvat Bridge and set off towards Batumi accompanied by the unique views of the Black Sea region. After completing our crossing procedures at the Sarp Border Gate, we begin our Batumi tour.

Our first stop in Batumi is Turkish Street. Afterwards, we have free time in the city centre. Our guests may stroll along Batumi’s lively streets, shop and discover the city’s distinctive atmosphere.

In the evening, after having dinner, we check in to our centrally located hotel. Guests who wish may experience Batumi’s nighttime atmosphere by taking a walk along the city’s illuminated streets.

On the final day of our tour, following the breakfast we will have at our hotel, we begin our Batumi city tour.

As part of our Batumi visit, our first stop is the Poseidon Statue, one of the symbols of the city. During our tour accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we will visit the following in order;

Following our tour, we provide free time in Batumi city center. During this time, our guests can explore the city, go shopping, and have lunch.

After our free time, we begin our return journey to Turkey. We visit the Vatan Tea Factory and Sürmene Knife Shop, two of the Black Sea’s destinations famous for their local products. Following the free time we provide for shopping, we head to Sumela Monastery, the last significant stop of our tour.

Located within Altındere Valley National Park, the Sumela Monastery, built on steep cliffs and one of the Black Sea region’s most important historical structures, is visited accompanied by our guide’s explanations. Following our visit to this special structure, which fascinates visitors with its historical atmosphere and unique views, we begin our return journey to Izmir.

Following our overnight journey, we arrive in Izmir in the morning, approximately between 10:00 – 11:00.
