After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Basel at 12:10 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 912. After arriving in Basel at 13:25 local time, our city tour of Basel begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Basel, the third most populous city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that combines both modern and historical elements, and although it has a small surface area, it contains many treasures. During our city tour in this city, the Basel Cathedral, where the tomb of the famous Renaissance writer Dutch Erasmus is located, the main square of the city Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Roi are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we depart for Strasbourg. As one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region, while visiting Strasbourg you will feel as if you are traveling back in history through Europe’s largest cobblestone medieval neighborhoods. Its nature and historical structures, wooden houses, medieval historic churches, cathedrals, and many works of art make it a place well worth seeing. Also having historical significance as the place where the French national anthem “La Marseillaise” was written, Strasbourg appears as a city where Alsace culture and French architecture are blended. In addition, during our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district decorated with traditional Alsace Houses are among the places to be seen. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Strasbourg or the surrounding area.
