Accommodation: Night Journey

After our night journey, after having breakfast at the facility in the morning, we start our journey. We set off towards Yörük Village. Yörük Village is one of the rare places that keeps traditional Turkish village life and Yörük culture alive. Here, we take a walk among the stone houses and the natural beauty of the village. Then, we move on to Safranbolu.

Safranbolu is a city famous for its houses from the Ottoman period, narrow streets, and historical structures. First, we visit Siğahioğlu Mansion. This mansion, as one of the finest examples in Safranbolu, showcases the elegant details of Ottoman architecture. Then we go up to Hıdırlık Hill. From here, while watching Safranbolu from above, we become even closer to the city’s historical texture.

We continue our tour by visiting Cinci Hoca Bath and Inn. Safranbolu’s famous bath is a perfect place to experience traditional Turkish bath culture. Afterwards, we go to Köprülü Mehmet Pasha Mosque. This mosque is one of Safranbolu’s important religious buildings and enchants with its elegant architecture. Kaymakamlar Mansion and Government Mansion are also on our tour route. These mansions are structures that reflect the administrative understanding and lifestyle of the Ottoman period.

After visiting Izzet Mehmet Pasha Mosque and Arasta Bazaar, we head towards Akçasu Canyon. Famous for its natural beauty, this canyon attracts the attention of nature lovers and photographers. In Demirciler Bazaar, we shop while discovering traditional handmade products.

We arrive in Bartın and then proceed to Amasra. Amasra is known as the pearl of the Black Sea and stands out with its historical texture. After touring Amasra Castle, we visit Fatih Mosque. Along with the beauty of Kemere Bridge, we watch the sunset on Amasra Beach. As sunset approaches, we enjoy the sea with a boat tour and have the opportunity to see Amasra’s enchanting view from a different angle.

After our tour, in the evening we return to our hotel and have dinner at the hotel. These natural wonders and cultural riches we visited throughout the day create an unforgettable experience.

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we head toward Valla Canyon, one of the most magnificent canyons of the Black Sea region. This natural wonder, one of Turkey’s deepest and most impressive canyons, captivates visitors with its steep cliffs and dramatic scenery.

From the viewing terrace, we take in the canyon’s majestic view panoramically and make plenty of photo stops. This stop, where we will feel the power and grandeur of nature most closely, will be one of the most impressive moments of the day. After our visit to Valla Canyon, we move on to Horma Canyon, another natural wonder of the region. Thanks to the wooden walking platforms, we enjoy a safe and pleasant nature walk.

The walk we will take accompanied by the soothing sound of water flowing between the high cliffs offers our guests almost a therapeutic effect. In this unique atmosphere that contains all the tones of nature, we capture unforgettable shots.After our walk in Horma Canyon, we reach Ilıca Waterfall with a short journey. The turquoise-colored natural pool formed by the clear water cascading from about 10 meters high is one of the most enchanting spots in the region.

During the free time we will spend here, you can relax in nature, take photos, and enjoy the cool atmosphere of the waterfall.

After completing our nature route, we head to Kastamonu city center. In this ancient city that stands out with the historical and cultural richness of the Black Sea Region, we take a short exploration tour featuring stone mansions, traditional Turkish houses, and nostalgic streets.

For those who wish, we provide free time for shopping for the famous Kastamonu pastrami and Taşköprü garlic.

After the natural and cultural beauties we have explored throughout the day, we begin our return journey to Istanbul. After a pleasant trip, we arrive in Istanbul and part ways with the wish to meet again on the next event.

## Kastamonu Canyon Region Tour Transportation Information

Our Kastamonu Canyon Region tour program is carried out with **midibus vehicles with a maximum capacity of 35 passengers** because the natural structure of the destinations visited, mountainous terrain conditions, narrow road routes, sharp bends, and the transportation infrastructure are not suitable for large tour buses to travel safely.

This practice is preferred in order to prioritize the safety of our guests, ensure that the tour program is implemented in full as planned, and adapt to the transportation conditions in the region.

The vehicles to be used in the tour program are tourism transportation vehicles that operate in accordance with the relevant regulations, are regularly maintained and inspected, have the necessary authorization documents, and are used by professional drivers.

We kindly ask our guests to consider that transportation in the tour program will be provided by **midibus vehicles** before completing their reservation. With the completion of the reservation, it shall be deemed that the information that transportation will be carried out with midibuses with a maximum capacity of 35 passengers due to regional conditions has been read, understood, and accepted.

ITC TUR reserves the right to determine the type of vehicle suitable for the physical conditions of the route in order to ensure that the tour program is carried out safely, comfortably, and in accordance with the planned flow. This practice is implemented based on operational necessities and guest safety.
