Absolutely no seat number promise or guarantee can be given during the tour. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart at the specified times from the designated departure points for each tour; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart on time. Guests who are late and unable to join the tour cannot claim any rights.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, responsibility lies with you.
When children under 18 who are not considered legal adults do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the individuals during the trip.
The guide has the right to make changes to the timing and flow of the program if deemed necessary due to weather conditions and adverse road conditions, provided that the entire program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed as long as they remain the same in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package consisting of guidance, transportation, accommodation, and excursions and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. rights are non-refundable. If sufficient majority is not reached, the tour may be postponed to a different date or canceled. In such a case, we are obliged to personally notify our guests 1 (one) day in advance. The minimum number of participants is 25 people.
ITC TUR is not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at places of visit, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
When the agency cannot reach the required number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send customers to a different agency with the same or a similar tour program, so that the customer's vacation plan is not disrupted.
Return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no clear and definite return time is given.
On overnight tours, the 0–6 age child discount applies when accompanied by two adults. It is used for only one child.
Foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay any additional difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is specific to T.C. citizens, a museum card is not provided. The latest published circular invalidates the previous circular

RECOMMENDATIONS
During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred.
For the night, bring a cardigan or similar clothing; since all our trips will be during the day, do not forget to bring lip balm, a hat, a small bag for your purchases, and of course, most importantly, a camera, a spare memory card, a charging kit, and a spare battery.

The vehicles to be used on the tours are determined according to the number of people and road conditions.
For 38 people and above, Otokar Doruk, Mercedes Travego – Tourismo, Man Fortuna, Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.

Acıpayam Canyon - Bağbaşı Plateau - Cable Car - Textile Center
On the first day of the tour program, we arrive in Acıpayam early in the morning and begin by having our spread breakfast (extra) with itctur.com on the Kısıklı Canyon Kaklık Bağbaşı Plateau Pamukkale Tour amid magnificent nature. Right after our breakfast, we set off toward our first stop, Acıpama Canyon. Acıpayam Canyon is located in a valley system approximately 4 km long, 50 meters high at the valley floor, and in places up to 26 meters wide. The Acıpayam Stream, which originates from the Bozdağ Mountains, joins the Dalaman Stream in the south and carries its waters to the Mediterranean. After the time we will spend in Acıpayam, we will head toward the Bağbaşı region for lunch. After our lunch time, we will continue on to Bağbaşı Plateau by cable car and then by our shuttle vehicles, and we will reach Bağbaşı Plateau. Denizli Cable Car and Bağbaşı Plateau will be one of the must-visit places for our guests who want to spend pleasant time with their loved ones in its unique nature. First, with the Denizli Cable Car, we will go to the upper station and then to Bağbaşı Plateau accompanied by a rare view. On the nature wonder plateau at an altitude of about 1500 meters, our guests enjoying the clean and cool highland air will also be able to savor local flavors with their loved ones. Afterwards, we will return to the cable car again by shuttle, descend by cable car to the point where our tour bus is located, and if time permits, after stopping by Babadağlar İş Hanı or the textile centers along the route, we will head to our hotel and settle into our rooms to rest after dinner.

Kisik Canyon - Kaklik Cave - Karahayit Red Water - Pamukkale - Hierapolis Ancient City - Buldan Bazaar
On the last day of the itctur.com Kısıklı Canyon Kaklık Bağbaşı Plateau Pamukkale Tour, after the morning breakfast we will have at our hotel, we set off to visit Kısık Canyon, located near Kumral Mesireliği. Kısık Canyon is 80 meters high, has a 650-meter-long walking path with a suspension bridge on the steep slope, and the water depth is 1.70 meters. Inside the canyon, which is bright and cool, there are ancient rock tombs from the Byzantine and Roman periods. The Büyük Menderes Valley in question offers interesting beauties, and Kısık Valley, where deep canyons are located, draws attention with its unique natural beauty. The canyon located in this valley formed by the Büyük Menderes is an essential stop for nature lovers. After the tour we will make here with our guide in this canyon, where you will take very beautiful photos of its unique scenery, you will be given free time. After free time, we set off for Kaklık Cave, which is adorned with stalactites and stalagmites and has travertine steps similar to the travertines in Pamukkale, also known as “Little Pamukkale” or “Cave Pamukkale.” There is thermal water inside the cave. It is thought that the structural features of Kaklık Cave were formed by a large underground stream and as a result of the collapse of the roof of the underground cavity. In the cave, which has different and interesting features and shows karst sinkhole development characteristics, a large travertine mass can be seen. After the time we will spend here, we will set off for lunch. (Extra) After lunch, we set off for Karahayıt Hot Springs. The temperature of the distinctive red-colored healing thermal water and thermal mud, which flow from its main source in every season of the year, is 58 ºC, and according to the report issued by the Ege University Hydroclimatology Institute, it is a unique source of health with its rich minerals. After the time spent here, we set off for Pamukkale. Here, we will visit the Ancient City of Hierapolis, the Temple of Apollo, Cin Aralığı, the Hierapolis Theater, the Hamma Building, the Columned Street, and the Pamukkale Travertines. After our visit, if we still have enough time, after touring the Buldan Textile bazaars, we depart for Istanbul
