It is absolutely not possible to promise or guarantee a seat number on the tour. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart at the specified times from the designated departure points for each tour; please be at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the departure time. Guests who are late and cannot join the tour cannot claim any rights.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, responsibility rests with you.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
If deemed necessary by the Guide, in cases such as adverse weather conditions, crowded road conditions, or the intensity of places to be visited in the region, the Guide has the right to make changes to the timing and program flow provided that the entire program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed provided they are similar in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursion, etc. rights are non-refundable. If sufficient participation is not achieved, provided that guests who purchased the package are informed in advance, the tour may be postponed to a different date, guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and the fee of the guests who made the purchase will be refunded. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to notify our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The minimum number of participants is 25 people.
ITC TOUR is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, congestion at places to be visited, places/regions closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) and/or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
When the agency does not reach the sufficient number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different agency with the same or similar tour program, thus enabling our guests to carry out the tour program they purchased without disrupting their holiday plan.
The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic congestion; no clear and exact return time is given.
In accommodation tours, the 0–6 age child discount is used for one child with two adults.
Foreign national guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay an additional fee on this tour. Since the museum card application is a practice special to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, a museum card is not provided. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour.
Do not forget to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night, lip balm and a hat since all our trips will be during the day, a small bag for your shopping, and of course, most importantly, a camera, spare memory card, charger kit, and spare battery.
RESERVATION DETAILS
As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified. You may join our tour after the Tour Registration confirmation reaches you. Guests who do not receive a tour confirmation email cannot join our tour.
It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person making the reservation. ITC TOUR is not responsible for any possible problems that may arise if incomplete information is provided to us.
During reservation, you must აუცილებლად provide us with your Republic of Turkey ID number and your date of birth as day, month, and year.

The vehicles to be used on the tours are determined according to the number of people, road conditions, and regional conditions; no promise can be made regarding the type of vehicle to be used on the tours.
All vehicles used in our tours are tourism vehicles.
For 38 people and above, Otokar Doruk Mercedes Travego –Tourismo, Man Fortuna, Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.

Night Journey and Lavender Gardens
After a comfortable overnight journey, we arrive at the fragrant lavender gardens. Surrounded by the enchanting colors of nature, this area welcomes us with its peaceful atmosphere. We have the chance to take wonderful photos among the lavenders and observe the harvest process up close. We also have the opportunity to purchase natural products made from lavenders collected from the fields.
Lake Salda: Turkey’s Hidden Paradise
Our next stop is Lake Salda, known as “Turkey’s Maldives.” With its turquoise waters and pristine white sands, the lake resembles a painting. Salda, one of the deepest lakes in our country, offers a unique escape for nature lovers. Here, we will have a pleasant break to relax and enjoy the lake’s tranquil view.
Exploring Pamukkale and Hierapolis
Our next route is Pamukkale, where nature and history meet. When we arrive here, we first visit the Ancient City of Hierapolis. We travel back in history among the structures that bear the traces of the ancient period, from the Necropolis to the theater. Later, we explore this natural wonder by walking barefoot on Pamukkale’s snow-white travertines. Guests who want an extra experience can admire this enchanting view from the sky by paragliding over the travertines.
Shopping and Free Time in Pamukkale
After completing our Pamukkale tour, we visit textile workshops in the region and have the chance to buy quality products. We will also have a pleasant break to taste local delicacies and enjoy some free time. At the end of the day, we head to our hotel in Denizli for dinner and retreat to our rooms for a comfortable rest.

The Pearl of the Aegean: Çeşme and Alaçatı
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off toward Çeşme and Alaçatı, two of the Aegean’s most popular destinations. We begin our tour by exploring the enchanting views of Çeşme. Enjoying a pleasant stroll amid the region’s tranquility and beauty, we take a short break in Çeşme’s unique atmosphere.
Next, we arrive in Alaçatı, famous for its cobblestone streets and stone architecture. Here, as you take a nostalgic walk through streets that preserve their historical character, you will feel Alaçatı’s warm and colorful spirit. Alaçatı is famous not only for its architecture but also for its distinctive flavors. You can try mastic jam, mastic ice cream, and other local specialties, and add some enjoyable shopping to your memories.
The Enjoyment of the Sea: Ilıca Beach
After our discovery tour in Alaçatı, we head toward Ilıca Beach. We offer free time for swimming in the clear waters of the Aegean, sunbathing on its golden sands, and fully enjoying the sea. Depending on weather conditions, instead of sea time, you will have the chance to extend the time we spend in Alaçatı and Çeşme and fully enjoy the region.
Farewell to the Aegean and the Return Journey
