ISTANBUL – MADRID – (Toledo Tour) – GRANADA
After completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures, which we will carry out by being present at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight time, we fly to Madrid at 10:00 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 1099. Following our arrival in Madrid at 13:30 local time, we set off towards Granada. On the way, our guests who wish may join our optional Toledo Tour program (50 Euro). With our arrival in Toledo, we organize our tour. Founded by Jews in 590 BC, and today one of Spain’s most important cities in historical and touristic terms, where people belonging to three major religions live together peacefully, Toledo is also known as the “city of knights.” The Tagus, the largest river on the Iberian Peninsula, passes through the city. The city was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. As one of the world’s largest medieval cities, it was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and placed under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. Toledo Cathedral, a building that took approximately 270 years to build, formerly a mosque and today the 3rd most important cathedral in the world and Spain’s main cathedral, containing some of the world’s most expensive works, San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), workshops and shops where gold handcrafts are made, are among the places to be seen panoramically on our tour. After the tour, we continue our journey to Granada. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Granada region, free time for room assignment and rest.
GRANADA – (Alhambra Palace) – CORDOBA – (Great Mosque & Cathedral Tour) – SEVILLA – (Flamenco Show)
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we organize our city tour in Granada. Granada, established on fertile lands at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, is one of Spain’s most touristic cities. Our panoramic tour in this city, which throughout its rich history was mainly influenced by the Romans and the Umayyads and is home to the Alhambra Palace, will include the Queen Isabelle and Christopher Columbus Statue, Grand Via, La Rambla, and the Town Hall Square among the places to be seen, amidst works from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods in the historic Andalusian/Granada streets. Free time after the city tour. Our guests who wish may join our optional Alhambra Palace Tour program (65 Euro). We are visiting the Alhambra Palace, which is one of the most extraordinary memories not only of Andalusia but of all Islamic history, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools and gardens, and included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. “Entrance fee included” (It is carried out depending on the availability of the palace and excludes harem entry). After the tour, we move on to Cordoba. Our guests who wish may join our Great Mosque & Cathedral Tour program (45 Euro). On our tour, we visit the Great Mosque & Cathedral of Cordoba “entrance fee included.” In addition to being the 3rd largest mosque in Islamic history in terms of size, it is also a major attraction in its own right as one of the two greatest examples of Spain’s Moorish past. The structure, which for centuries went back and forth between Islam and Christianity, is used today as a Catholic church. After the tour, on our panoramic Cordoba city tour, we explore Cordoba, founded during the Roman Empire period and in the 10th century the largest city in Europe under the protection of the Islamic state. SEVILLA – (Sevilla Masterpieces Tour) – LISBON – (Lisbon Masterpieces Tour)
After breakfast and check-out procedures, within the free time to be offered, our guests who wish may join our optional Sevilla Masterpieces Tour program (65 Euro). Sevilla, the most crowded and most developed city in Andalusia, owes its exotic and rich cultural history to the period in its history under the rule of the North African Muslims, the Moors. We are carrying out our panoramic city tour accompanied by beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. During our city tour, Plaza de Espana, where some scenes from Star Wars 2 were filmed, Torro del Oro (Golden Tower), a dodecagonal structure built for defense but later also used as a prison, Seville Cathedral, the 3rd largest Gothic cathedral in the world and included in the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1987, Giralda Bell Tower, and Maria Luisa Park are among the panoramic sights. After the Sevilla tour, we move to Lisbon. Upon arrival in Lisbon, within the free time to be offered, our guests who wish may join our optional Lisbon Masterpieces Tour program (55 Euro). Lisbon, the capital of Portugal and also a city with two shores like Istanbul, is also the 6th most visited city in Europe throughout the year. Governed throughout history under the rule of the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and finally the Portuguese, Lisbon hosts many historical works with this history dating back to 1200 BC. During the tour we will carry out in Lisbon, the historic district of the city where Rossio Square and St. George’s Castle are located, and the Santa Justa Elevator are among the main places to be seen. After the city tour, we offer free time in the city center. In the continuation of our city tour, Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, built during the age of geographical discoveries and bearing symbolic significance for Portugal, will be seen and free time will be given for a photo break. Then Avenida de Liberdade, known as Lisbon’s Champs-Élysées and famous for its cafes, quality shops, and restaurants, is among the places to be seen, and we will have the opportunity to explore the city of Lisbon from different angles. LISBON – (Grand Lisbon and Atlantic Coasts Tour) – OBIDOS – PORTO – (Fado Show)
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we depart towards Obidos. On the way, our guests who wish may join our optional Grand Lisbon and Atlantic Coasts Tour program (80 Euro). The first stop of our tour will be the town of Sintra. Sintra will welcome us with its boutique shops, colorful and ornate houses resembling castles, and cobblestone streets. However, the most important feature that led the town to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List is its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Period. After our Sintra visit, where we will tour streets and avenues surrounded by palaces and churches, our next stop will be Cabo da Roca, known as the “End of the World” and the westernmost point of the European continent. After a short break for you to take photos of the famous beaches frequented by the ocean and surfers, we continue our tour with panoramic sightseeing in the fishing town of Cascais and Estoril, one of the most famous resort towns known as Lisbon’s backyard, famous for its SPA and thermal hotels, parks and golf courses, and also renowned for being where the casino sections of the first Bond novel, Casino Royale, take place. At the end of the tour, we continue our journey to Obidos. In the medieval town of Obidos, located on a hill and surrounded by walls, with cobblestone streets that convey the architectural features of the Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic periods to its visitors, our visit will include the Roman-origin Obidos Castle, St. John Baptist Church, and Rua Direita, which attracts the most visitors as the town’s main street, among the main places to be seen. Salamanca is a vibrant cultural, trade, and tourism city in the northwest of Spain, established on the banks of the Tormes River, home to the Salamanca University, Spain’s first and Europe’s most ancient university, with ancient historical riches extending from the Carthaginians to the Romans. After the sightseeing tour in Salamanca, which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988, and after the short free time we will offer at Plaza Mayor, which is among the most beautiful squares in Europe, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Madrid. Upon arrival in Madrid, we organize our city tour. Madrid, the capital of the Kingdom of Spain and also the third largest city in the European Union, is considered the country’s political, economic, and cultural center. During the city tour we will carry out in Madrid, where statues, monuments, and natural beauty are integrated with modern architecture, Plaza Mayor, Paseyo de la Castellana, the bullring, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, the Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala are among the panoramic sights. In this program, we first travel from Madrid to Barcelona by high-speed train, reaching there comfortably in about 3 hours. Upon arrival at the train station in Barcelona, we begin our tour accompanied by our guide. (On this tour, which will be organized depending on the sufficient number of participants, the tour guide will accompany the guests who purchased the High-Speed Train Barcelona Masterpieces Tour program and will travel to Barcelona with them by high-speed train.) After the Barcelona Masterpieces Tour, where we will see Barcelona Cathedral, the Paral-Lel and Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, the City Hall, Plaza Real, and the market place La Bogueria, within the free time to be offered, our guests who wish may join our optional Fiesta Barcelona Tour program (55 Euro). On our tour, we visit Poble Espanyol, an open-air museum and festival village concept created for the 1929 World Fair, bringing together typical architectural examples, craft workshops, works of art, and traditional cultural elements from different regions of Spain. Open throughout the year at every hour of the day, hosting various music, dance, street performances, and cultural activities, and offering restaurant services, Poble Espanyol provides visitors with a unique experience where they can see the characteristic elements of all Spain. After our visit to Poble Espanyol and the free time we will offer thereafter, we complete our tour and head to our hotel in the Barcelona region. BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons Tour) – (Figueres & Dali Museum Tour)
After breakfast, full day free time. Within this free time, our guests who wish may join our optional Barcelona Icons Tour program (65 Euro). First, on our tour, we go up to Carmel Hill, where we can enjoy the magnificent city view, and visit Park Guell, designed and built by Antoni Gaudi. “Entrance fee included” In 1984, it was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, and in the Park Guell, which takes its visitors to a fairy-tale land with its vivid colors and figures inspired by nature, we offer free time for photos and sightseeing. Then we will see Casa Mila, one of the most important works Gaudi contributed to the city’s architecture (Gaudi’s House), and complete our tour with a walk around La Sagrada Familia. Within the free time to be offered specifically to guests joining the Barcelona Icons Tour, our guests who wish may join our optional Figueres & Dali Museum Tour program (75 Euro). In the first part of our tour, we will set out for Figueres. After a short sightseeing tour in Figueres, where Salvador Dali was born and which hosts the museum he designed from a theater building to house his works while still alive, we will visit the Dali Museum “entrance fee included” and, in the museum containing Dali’s 4000 works, embark on an art tour accompanied by our guide. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel.
BARCELONA – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and our hotel check-out procedures, we head to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. On the way, our guests who wish may join our optional Outlet Tour program (25 Euro). After our visit to the outlet center, which offers its visitors an enjoyable and affordable shopping experience with many prestigious brands’ stylish stores, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we continue our journey to the airport. Following the ticketing, baggage drop-off, and passport control procedures we will complete upon arrival at the airport, we fly to Istanbul at 13:50 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1092. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:20 local time and end of our tour.
