İSTANBUL – MADRID – (Toledo Tour) – GRANADA
After completing the baggage check-in, ticketing, and passport control procedures that we will carry out by being present at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight, we fly to Madrid at 10:00 with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 1099. After arriving in Madrid at 13:30 local time, we depart for Granada. Along the way, our guests who wish may join our Toledo Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (50 Euro). Upon arrival in Toledo, we organize our tour. Founded by Jews in 590 BC, Toledo is one of Spain’s most important cities in historical and touristic terms, where people belonging to three major religions live together peacefully today, and is also known as the “city of knights.” The Tagus, the largest river on the Iberian Peninsula, flows through the city. The city was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. Because it is one of the world’s largest medieval cities, it has been included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and taken under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. Toledo Cathedral, whose construction took approximately 270 years, once a mosque and today the world’s 3rd most important cathedral and Spain’s main cathedral, housing the world’s most expensive works, San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), workshops and shops where gold handcrafting is done, are among the places to be seen panoramically on our tour. After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we organize our city tour in Granada. Granada, built on fertile lands at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, is one of Spain’s most touristic cities. In our panoramic tour in the city, which throughout its rich history was heavily influenced by Rome and the Umayyads and is home to the Alhambra Palace, among the historical Andalusian/Granada streets, Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus Statue, Grand Via, La Rambla and the Town Square will be among the places to be seen, amidst works remaining from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods. Free time after the city tour. Our guests who wish may join our Alhambra Palace Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (65 Euro). We see the Alhambra Palace, one of the most extraordinary memories of not only Andalusia but of all Islamic history, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools and gardens, and listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. “Entrance fee included” (It is carried out depending on the palace’s availability and excludes harem entry). At the end of the tour, we depart for Cordoba. Our guests who wish may join our Kurtuba Mosque & Cathedral Tour program (45 Euro). On our tour, we visit the Kurtuba Mosque & Cathedral with the entrance fee included. In addition to being the 3rd largest mosque in Islamic history in terms of size, it is also an attraction in its own right as one of the two greatest examples of Spain’s Moorish past. The structure, which for centuries went back and forth between Islam and Christianity, is today used as a Catholic church. After the tour, on our panoramic Cordoba city tour, we discover Cordoba, founded during the Roman Empire and in the 10th century the largest city in Europe under the patronage of the Islamic state. In the city center, where we can still see Islamic influences and which was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1984, Alcazar De Los Reyes Cristianos with its 1000-year history, the Royal Palace, and the Roman Bridge are among the places to be seen panoramically on our city tour. SEVILLA – (Sevilla Masterpieces Tour) – LISBON – (Lisbon Masterpieces Tour)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, within the free time to be provided, our guests who wish may join the Sevilla Masterpieces Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (65 Euro). Sevilla, the most populous and most developed city in Andalusia, owes its exotic and rich cultural history to the period in which it was under the rule of the Moros, North African Muslims throughout its history. We carry out our panoramic city tour accompanied by beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers and churches. During our city tour, Plaza de Espana, where some scenes of Star Wars 2 were filmed, Torro del Oro (Golden Tower), an octagonal structure built for defensive purposes but later also used as a prison, Sevilla Cathedral, the 3rd largest Gothic cathedral in the world and listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1987, Giralda Bell Tower, and Maria Luisa Park are among the places to be seen panoramically. After the Sevilla tour, we depart for Lisbon. Upon arrival in Lisbon, within the free time to be provided, our guests who wish may join the Lisbon Masterpieces Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (55 Euro). Lisbon, the capital of Portugal and like Istanbul a city with two sides, is also Europe’s 6th most visited city during the year. Governed throughout history under the rule of the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims and finally the Portuguese, Lisbon hosts many historical monuments with this history dating back to 1200 BC. During the tour we will carry out in Lisbon, the historical part of the city where Rossio Square and St. George’s Castle are located, and the Santa Justa Elevator are among the main places to be seen. After the city tour, we provide free time in the city center. Continuing our city tour, the Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, built during the Age of Discovery and symbolizing Portugal, will be seen and free time will be given for a photo break. Then Avenida de Liberdade, known as Lisbon’s Champs-Élysées, famous for its cafes, quality shops and restaurants, will be among the places to be seen, and we will have the opportunity to discover the city of Lisbon from different angles. LISBON – (Greater Lisbon and Atlantic Coasts Tour) – OBIDOS – PORTO – (Fado Show)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart for Obidos. Along the way, our guests who wish may join our Great Lisbon and Atlantic Coasts Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (80 Euro). The first stop of our tour will be the town of Sintra. Sintra will welcome us with its boutique shops, colorful and ornate houses resembling castles, and cobblestone streets. However, its most important feature that earned it a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List is its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Period. After our visit to Sintra, where we will walk through streets and avenues surrounded by palaces and churches, our next stop will be Cabo da Roca, called “the End of the World” and the westernmost point of the European continent. After a short break where we will have the opportunity to take photos of the ocean and the famous beaches frequented by surfers, we continue our tour with panoramic excursions in Cascais, a fishing town, and Estoril, one of the most famous holiday resorts known as Lisbon’s backyard, famous for its SPA and thermal hotels, parks and golf courses, and for the Casino sections in the first Bond novel, Casino Royale. At the end of the tour, we continue our journey to Obidos. Salamanca is a city in northwestern Spain, built on the banks of the Tormes River, and with its ancient historical riches extending from the Carthaginians to the Romans, it is an active center of culture, commerce and tourism and home to the University of Salamanca, Spain’s first and Europe’s most ancient university. In Salamanca, which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988 with its historical and cultural riches, after the surrounding excursion and the short free time we will provide at Plaza Mayor, which is among the most beautiful squares in Europe, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Madrid. Upon arrival in Madrid, we organize our city tour. Madrid, the capital of the Kingdom of Spain and also the third largest city in the European Union, is considered the country’s political, economic and cultural center. During the city tour we will carry out in Madrid, where statues, monuments and natural beauties merge with modern architecture, Plaza Mayor, Paseyo de la Castellana, the bullring, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, the Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala are among the places to be seen panoramically. In this program, we first reach Barcelona from Madrid with a comfortable journey by high-speed train in about 3 hours. Upon arrival at the train station in Barcelona, we begin our tour accompanied by our guide. (On this tour, which will be organized depending on the sufficient number of participants, the tour guide will accompany the guests who purchased the High-Speed Train Barcelona Masterpieces Tour program and will travel with them to Barcelona by high-speed train.) After the Barcelona Masterpieces Tour, where we will see Barcelona Cathedral, Paral-Lel and Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, City Hall, Plaza Real and the market place-La Boqueria, our guests who wish may join the Fiesta Barcelona Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (55 Euro), within the free time to be provided. In our tour, we visit Poble Espanyol, built in 1929 for the World Fair and designed as an open-air museum and festival village concept bringing together typical architectural examples, craft workshops, artworks and traditional cultural elements from different regions of Spain. Poble Espanyol, active at every hour of the day throughout the year, where various music, dance, street performances and cultural activities are presented, and where restaurants are located and visitors are offered a unique experience where they can see the characteristic elements of all Spain, and after the free time we will provide, we complete our tour and proceed to our hotel in the Barcelona region. BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons Tour) – (Figueres & Dali Museum Tour)
After breakfast, full day free time. During this free time, our guests who wish may join the Barcelona Icons Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (65 Euro). As the first part of our tour, we ascend Carmel Hill, where we can enjoy the magnificent view of the city, and visit Park Guell, designed and built by Antoni Gaudi. “Entrance fee included” In Guell Park, which found its place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1984 and takes its visitors to a fairy-tale land with its vivid colors and figures inspired by nature, we provide free time for photos and a surrounding excursion. Then we will see Casa Mila, one of the most important works Gaudi added to the city’s architecture (Gaudi’s House), and complete our tour by walking around La Sagrada Familia. In the free time provided for the guests who will join the Barcelona Icons Tour, our guests who wish may join the Figueres & Dali Museum Tour, which will be arranged as an extra tour (75 Euro). In the first part of our tour, we set off for Figueres. After a short surrounding excursion in Figueres, where Salvador Dali was born and which hosts the museum he designed from a theater building to place his works while still alive, we will visit the Dali Museum “entrance fee included” and go on an art tour in the museum, which houses 4000 works by Dali, accompanied by our guide. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel.
BARCELONA – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and our hotel check-out procedures, we depart for the airport for our flight to Istanbul. Along the way, our guests who wish may join the Outlet Tour program, which will be arranged as an extra tour (25 Euro). After our visit to the outlet center, which offers its visitors the opportunity to enjoy and experience pleasant and affordable shopping with its stylish stores of many prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we continue our journey to the airport. After completing the ticketing, baggage drop-off and passport control procedures upon our arrival at the airport, we fly to Istanbul at 13:50 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1092. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:20 local time and the end of our tour.
