IMPORTANT INFORMATION
During the tour, a seat number cannot be promised or guaranteed under any circumstances. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the departure time. Guests who arrive late and cannot join the tour cannot make any claims of entitlement.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during the reservation process. Please make sure the contact number you provide is correct. Otherwise, responsibility lies with you.
When children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, the consents required for tour participation must be kept with them during travel.
If the Guide deems it necessary due to adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, congestion in places to visit in the region, or similar situations, they have the right to make changes to the timing and flow of the program, provided that the entire program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed on the condition that they are similar in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions around the area, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions around the area, etc. rights are non-refundable. If sufficient majority is not achieved, provided that guests who purchased the package are informed in advance, the tour may be postponed to a different date, guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and the fees of the guests who made the purchase may be refunded. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to inform our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The Minimum Number of Participants is 25 people.
ITC TOUR is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, congestion at visiting places, places/regions closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
If the Agency does not reach sufficient numbers, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different Agency with the same or similar tour program, thus enabling our guests to carry out the tour program they purchased without disrupting their holiday plan.
The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no exact or fixed return time is given.
In package tours, the 0–6 age child discount is applied for one child with two adults.
Foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay any extra difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is specific to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, no museum card is issued. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.

RECOMMENDATIONS
During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred.
For the night, do not forget to bring a cardigan or similar clothing, lip balm and a hat since all our excursions will be during the day, a small bag for your shopping, and of course, most importantly, a camera and spare memory card, charger kit, and spare battery.
RESERVATION DETAILS
As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified. You may join our tour after the Tour Registration confirmation reaches you. Guests who do not receive the tour confirmation email cannot join our tour.
It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person making the reservation. ITC TOUR is not responsible for any possible problems that may arise if incomplete information is provided to us.
During the reservation, you must აუცილებლად specify your Republic of Turkey ID number, your date of birth as day, month, and year.
VEHICLES TO BE USED
Our vehicles to be used on the tours are determined according to the number of people and road conditions, and regional conditions; no promise can be made regarding the type of vehicle to be used on the tours.
All vehicles used in our tours are tourism vehicles.
For 38 people and above, Otokar Doruk Mercedes Travego –Tourismo, Man Fortuna, Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.

If you would like to stop by Salda Lake, known as the Maldives of Türkiye, famous for its turquoise water and snow-white sands, you are in the right place!
While the first rays of the sun reflect on the clear waters of Salda Lake in the early morning, a wonderful breakfast awaits you, where you will enjoy this generosity of nature in every bite, while looking at the blue waters of the lake at our restaurant, located in the most beautiful spot by the lake with a magnificent lake view. After breakfast, we start our tour with the energy breakfast gives us, and now it is time to take a closer look at Salda Lake.
Salda Lake is known as Türkiye’s deepest freshwater lake, the new favorite of the tourism world; we begin our walk by taking photos during our free time here, where we will see its snow-white sands and healing waters.
After this pleasant time at Salda Lake, we immediately set off by bus towards Pamukkale. Here, we will visit the Ancient City of Hierapolis, the Temple of Apollo, the Door to Hell, the Hierapolis Theater, the Bath Building, the Columned Street, and the Pamukkale Travertines.
After our arrival in Pamukkale, our first stop will be Denizli’s famous textile workshops. Here we take a break where you can shop. Then we take a break for lunch and move on to the Ancient City of Hierapolis. While exploring the Temple of Apollo and the Door to Hell, known in ancient times as the gateway to hell, together with our guide, you can also enjoy a pleasant visit to the Hierapolis Theater, one of the best-preserved theaters in Anatolia to have survived to the present day. The Bath Building outside the city walls and the largest Necropolis in Anatolia are among the places we will also visit accompanied by our guide’s explanations.
After our walk on the Columned Street, we reach the Pamukkale Travertines, which can only be seen in Italy in the town of Travertino. You can enjoy walking on the travertines and have an unforgettable experience amid unique views. After the tour, we head to our hotel for dinner and accommodation.

Çeşme - Çeşme Castle - Ilıca Swimming Break - Alaçatı - Istanbul
On our second day, we will enjoy a pleasant tour of Çeşme, Alaçatı, and Ilıca Beach. In Çeşme, our first stop, we will visit the historic Çeşme Castle. After the castle visit, we will walk through Çeşme's narrow streets and take photos of the beautiful houses. Then we will head to Alaçatı.
In Alaçatı, famous for its windmills, we will walk on the cobblestone streets and discover the Old Greek Houses. We will enjoy a magnificent atmosphere by walking through Alaçatı Market and the streets where Greek and Ottoman architecture blend together. After our Alaçatı tour, we will move on to Ilıca Beach and take about a 2-hour swimming break (depending on adverse weather conditions or crowd levels in the area, this duration may be shortened, or if the season has not yet started, swimming may not be possible).
After the swimming break at Ilıca Beach, we will head to Istanbul and say goodbye by dropping our guests off at the points where we picked them up, looking forward to seeing you again on the next ITC TOUR organization.
