if the number of participants for the package tour on itctur.com is not sufficient, tour cancellation is notified to the consumer 5 days in advance.

The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of the people participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and itctur.com is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the owner are the responsibility of the owner.

For our Bodrum tours, the specified dates are hotel check-in dates. The departure date from Istanbul takes place one day earlier.

If children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour with one or both of their mother or father, the Consent Forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during the trip.

People are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and medications they use regularly when participating in the tour.

If necessary due to agency obligations (road and weather conditions, etc.), the pre-determined tour program may be changed. itctur.com cannot be held responsible for disruptions that may occur in places visited, in cases that are under the responsibility of transportation companies or hotels.

Travel insurance is provided for each guest in accordance with Law No. 1618.

The guest's advance payment made before going on the tour is non-refundable if they request cancellation due to personal reasons.

In cases such as illness, accident, etc., the payments made by guests are refunded 100% upon presentation of a report.

The child discount is valid only on the condition of staying with 2 adults. Each individual who has turned two years old must have a seat on the bus. On bus tours, no fee is charged for children aged 0-1.99. If a bus seat is requested for children, the 3-11 age child price applies.

The seat arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by Tatilciniz Turizm Operations.

Special seat selection cannot be made.

In case of objections regarding seat placement, payment refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

In triple rooms, the third bed may not be as comfortable as a regular bed. Depending on the situation, the hotel may provide our guests with a foldable bed or a sofa bed. PLEASE MAKE YOUR DECISION REGARDING THE THIRD BED AT THE TIME OF SALE. OTHERWISE, NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE HOTEL

Our guide may make changes to the course of the program provided that the program is fully carried out

Extra tours operate depending on the number of people. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest has no right to compensation. In this case, itctur.com has no responsibility. Extra tour prices may change. In this case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not taken into account; the date the tour departs is considered. The extra tour price valid during the period of travel will apply. The guest has purchased the tour accepting this.

The times stated in the tour program are calculated according to normal weather and road conditions, and in case of possible delays, Tatilciniz Turizm has no responsibility, and the guest has no right to compensation.

Changes may be made to the tour accommodation regions and hotels, provided that they are of the same standard according to occupancy.

On flight tours, itctur.com reserves the right to change the airport, airline company, and flight time, depending on density and provided that the program is not disrupted.

On overseas trips, it is mandatory to have a passport that is valid legally for at least 6 months. Guests' passports must be undamaged/not worn out/not torn. It is mandatory for individuals to fulfill the legal requirements necessary for entry into the countries to be visited. In cases where the tour cannot take place due to expired passports, responsibility belongs to our guests.

itctur.com acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Tatilciniz Turizm has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Tatilciniz Turizm only serves as an intermediary institution. itctur.com has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.

The exit fee stamp, which is mandatory to be taken at border crossings, can be obtained from the relevant banks before the tour or easily obtained at border gates.

Tatilciniz Turizm is not responsible for time losses that may occur due to congestion at border gates.

In overseas tours, in countries entered with an ID card (GEORGIA-UKRAINE-CYPRUS-MOLDOVA), passage can only be made with the new ID card.

Please carry cash of these countries with you according to the currency of the country you will be traveling to.

The minimum number of participants for the departure of this tour is set at 30. If there is not a sufficient majority, itctur.com reserves the right to cancel the tour by giving 3 days' notice. In case of cancellation of the tour, itctur.com is obligated to notify the cancellation personally. Since this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. The advance payment amount is at least 30% of the reservation fee on the registration date. The full remaining tour fee must be completed 7 days before the tour departure date. The latest circular invalidates the previous circular.
