Day | Istanbul – Vienna | Wednesday Meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departure terminal in front of AJet Airlines counter at 09:15. After ticketing, luggage, and passport procedures, depart on AJet Airlines flight VF017 at 12:15 to Vienna. Arrive at Vienna Airport at 12:50 local time. After passport and luggage procedures, start our panoramic Vienna city tour from the airport. Sightseeing includes the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Prater, Hofburg Palace, Hundertwasser House, and Museum District. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. We will start at the Schönbrunn Palace gardens, the summer residence of the Habsburg dynasty, built in the 18th century. Next, we visit Liechtenstein Castle located on the southern edge of Vienna Woods, and then the medieval monastery of Heiligenkreuz. We will also see Mayerling, the estate where Emperor Franz Joseph’s only son died and which was also the site of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand leading to WWI. Afterwards, visit the charming and small spa town of Baden. The last stop is the Pandorf Fashion Outlet, one of Europe’s largest outlet shopping centers. Day | Vienna – Bratislava – Budapest | Friday After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital and one of Europe’s wealthiest capitals, located on the Danube River. During the Bratislava city tour, see remnants from the Ottoman siege in 1529, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin’s Cathedral, the Old Town area, Grassalkovich Palace, Parliament, Slovak National Theater, and the building where Mozart performed his first concert at age 6 for Maria Theresa. After free time for lunch, depart for Budapest. Upon arrival, start a panoramic Budapest city tour including Heroes’ Square, Andrássy Avenue, the Opera House, Parliament Building, Chain Bridge, Buda Castle, Matthias Church, and Elizabeth Bridge. After the tour, check-in at the hotel and relax.
