First of all, one of the things to remember before coming on the tour is that the company is not responsible if your identity card or passport is forgotten, and no compensation will be provided under any circumstances.

Please make sure to purchase your tax stamps on the day of departure of the tour. Tax stamp fees can be paid by individuals themselves via mobile banking or the digital tax office. If you do not know how or cannot do it, you can get information from our onboard authorized staff.

Entry to Batumi is now carried out with the new system using an ID card or passport. Those who will cross will not have any problems with the entry process as long as their ID cards or passports have not expired and have no penalties.

Old identity cards are not accepted for crossing procedures.

Old, damaged identity cards are not accepted at entry. The chips on new identity cards should be checked carefully. If the chip is damaged, problems may arise during crossing procedures.

Even though all children are between 0 and 18 years old, a photo on the ID card is mandatory.

Children under the age of 18 must travel with their families (mother and father). Otherwise, for them to enter with someone other than their family (mother and father), a notarized consent form is mandatory; if not provided, crossing procedures cannot be completed. Detailed information can be obtained from our sales representatives for more information on the matter.

Drugs (without a prescription), meat and dairy products, and dangerous items such as cutting tools and weapons are strictly not accepted at entry into the country.

According to customs regulations, people carrying cash or gold equivalent to 30,000 Lari or more must declare it.

Due to the congestion that occurs during busy holiday periods and public holidays, both pedestrian and vehicle queues form at the Sarp Border Gate. It is advisable to pay attention to these periods; our company is absolutely not responsible for any problems arising from this.

Identity cards must be new and not older than 10 years. PVC-coated identity cards may cause problems and need to be renewed.

Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Our customers traveling with a passport with less than 6 months of validity may encounter the situation of not being allowed into the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.

In triple rooms (3-person room: double bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed may be an extra bed or sofa bed and may be smaller than standard beds. Child discounts are valid provided that accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
