Important Information About Tours by Plane
In tours by plane, all transactions related to flights are subject to the provisions of the airline contract

Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation.
A tiered pricing system is applied; the announced prices are prices starting from the lowest class.
Economy class flights are used in tours by plane.
Air tickets are issued as a round trip together. If the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also becomes invalid due to the airlines' “sequential use” rule. Therefore, participation in only the return flight is not possible.
Museum – Ruin Site – National Park Entrance Fees
All museum, ruin site and national park entrance fees are the responsibility of our guests. Our guests may obtain a card from Müzekart sales points before the tour or during the tour in order to benefit from advantages at museums and ruin sites where Müzekart is valid.
Package Price Scope
Our package tour prices include hotel accommodation, transportation and the surrounding excursions specified in the program.
Rest Stops
Breaks are given at rest facilities along the route. Due to congestion, renovations or similar force majeure reasons; changes may be made to rest stops, provided they are equivalent in terms of service quality and location.
Extra Tours and Program Flow
Night tours and extra excursions included in the tour program are arranged depending on the number of participants and the availability of the assigned staff. Extra tours carried out en route may take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not wish to join the extra tour are directed by our guide to rest areas before city entrances or to city centers. In this case, guests who agree to wait at the rest area are considered to have joined the tour.
Due to weather conditions, road conditions or similar reasons; if deemed necessary by the guide, changes may be made to the order of the program (within-day visiting points or between days).

Our guests are required to have with them reports and information regarding any health problems they may experience during the tour, pregnancy status, or medications they use regularly.
Accommodation Information
The hotel names specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities. Hotel changes may be made depending on availability. No later than 48 hours before the tour departure, hotel information to be accommodated is shared with our guests upon request. In case of a hotel change due to congestion or force majeure, provided that the standards remain the same, our guests are informed by itctur.com officials.

Recommendations
Clothing and shoes suitable for the geography of the tour region and weather conditions should be preferred.
It is recommended to bring the necessary charging equipment for photo and video shooting.

Regularly used medications should not be forgotten; allergic, chronic or hereditary conditions should be reported to the guide.
Personal care products, a backpack and personal items that will make the journey enjoyable should be brought along.
In programs with boat tours and swimming breaks, it is recommended to bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen and similar sea equipment.

After our arrival at Ercan Airport, we meet our comfortable transfer vehicle waiting for us and
head to the facility where we will stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, we hold a brief information meeting accompanied by the welcome
drink offered by our facility. During this meeting, our guide provides detailed information about the tour program,
the excursions we will carry out, and the facilities of the property.
After the briefing, we settle into our rooms and spend the rest of the day as free time.
Guests who wish can benefit from the facilities offered by the property and enjoy the Mediterranean by relaxing by the pool or on the beach.
During this free time, which you can spend entirely according to your own schedule throughout the day,
we find the opportunity to rest in the peaceful atmosphere of the facility.
In the evening, we join the New Generation Meyhane Night
program, organized as an extra, with guests who wish to participate. On this special night, which brings together Cyprus’s entertainment and flavor culture with a modern approach, we enjoy a rich variety of cold and hot mezes and hot dishes accompanied by live
music. In the program, where one bottle of alcoholic beverage is included for every four people,
we spend an unforgettable evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Round-trip transfer service is also provided within the program.

Free Time – Karpaz Peninsula and Beach Tour (Extra) – Beach Club Entertainment (Extra)

After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we give free time in the first part of the day. Guests who wish can relax in the unique atmosphere of the Mediterranean by benefiting from the facility’s pool, beach, and other amenities, and spend their day entirely according to their own program.
Guests who wish can also join the Karpaz Peninsula and Beach Tour, which will be organized as an extra. We begin our pleasant journey toward the Karpaz Peninsula, one of Cyprus’s most untouched and natural regions. Along the way, we have the opportunity to taste halloumi delicacies prepared in a traditional stone oven unique to Cyprus and the traditional sweet Cypriot coffee.
Then we arrive in Dipkarpaz, where the Turkish and Greek communities continue to live together, and during the short break we will take there, we enjoy the famous Cypriot coffee. Afterwards, we turn our route to Golden Beach, one of the island’s most special spots. We take a photo break on this unique beach, famous for its turquoise sea and fine sand, and capture unforgettable shots.
In the continuation of our tour, we visit Apostolos Andreas Monastery, one of Cyprus’s important religious centers, then encounter the free-roaming wild donkeys that have become the symbol of Karpaz and take souvenir photos.
As part of our tour, we give a sea break of about 3 hours at Yeni Erenköy Beach. While guests who wish can enjoy swimming in the clear waters of the Mediterranean and the sun, guests who wish can also enjoy raki and fish at affordable prices in the restaurants in the area. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel.

Free Time – Girne Dinner Yacht Tour (Extra)

After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we are considering the rest of the day as free time.
Our guests who wish can enjoy the Mediterranean by making use of the facility’s pool, beach, and other amenities,
and relax and enjoy their vacation.
Guests who wish can also join the extra Kyrenia Dinner Yacht Tour program. First,
we head to Kyrenia and discover the historical atmosphere of this charming coastal town, known as the pearl of the Mediterranean, panoramically.
With Kyrenia’s colorful streets, historic harbor, and Kyrenia Castle, one of the island’s most important symbols,
we enjoy a pleasant tour.
After our panoramic tour, we board our boat and set off on our yacht tour, which will begin in the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean as of 11.00.
During this enjoyable journey, which will last until approximately 16.00, while enjoying the sea and
the sun, we experience unforgettable moments accompanied by lunch served on board. With swimming breaks we will take off Kyrenia, where blue meets green,
we have the opportunity to fully experience the unique atmosphere of the Mediterranean.
After our boat tour, we leave Kyrenia and return to our hotel by our comfortable vehicle.

Gazimağusa – Closed Maraş – Evening Delight Tour – Ercan Airport Transfer

After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we are using the first part of the day as free time.
Until check-out time, our guests who wish may rest and benefit from the facilities offered by the property,
especially the pool and beach.
After completing our hotel check-out procedures at the designated time, we depart for the Famagusta and Walled
Marash Tour, where we will explore Cyprus's historical and cultural richness. First, we arrive at the historic walled
old town area, where we see the Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the most important works of Gothic architecture.
Then, we receive information from our guide about the Namık Kemal Dungeon, where Namık Kemal, one of the
important names of Turkish Cypriot literature, was imprisoned for a period.
Afterward, we explore the Walled Marash area, which remained closed to visitors for many years and has now reopened
to visitors. During our tour in this special area that bears the traces of the past, we learn from our guide about Marash's history and
current situation.
After our tour, we have dinner at one of the local restaurants in Famagusta (Extra) and crown our day with the distinct flavors of Cyprus
cuisine.
After dinner, we head to Ercan Airport and complete our departure transfer.
