IMPORTANT DETAILS:
If there are not enough participants for the Turlasana.com package tour, the cancellation of the tour is notified to the consumer 5 days in advance.
The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of the people participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Turlasana.com is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred while delivering them to the owner are the responsibility of the owner.
For our Bodrum tours, the specified dates are hotel check-in dates. The departure date from Istanbul is one day earlier.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the Consent Forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
Participants are required to carry reports regarding any health issues, pregnancy, and the medications they use regularly.
The agency may change the previously determined tour program if necessary (road and weather conditions, etc.). Turlasana.com cannot be held responsible for any disruptions that may occur in places visited where transportation institutions or hotels are responsible.
Travel insurance is made for each guest in accordance with law no. 1618.
The guest's prepayment made before going on the tour is non-refundable if cancellation is requested due to arbitrary reasons.
In cases of illness, accident, etc., the payments made by guests are refunded 100% upon submission of a report.

The Child Discount is valid only on the condition of staying with 2 adults. Every individual over two years old is required to have a seat on the bus. On bus tours, children aged 0-1.99 are not charged. If a seat is requested on the bus for children, the 3-11 age child price applies.
The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by the Tatilciniz Tourism Operation.
Special seat selection cannot be made.
In the event of objections regarding seat placement, a refund is not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
In triple rooms, the third bed may not be as comfortable as a normal bed. Depending on the situation, the hotel may provide our guests with a foldable bed or a sofa bed. PLEASE DECIDE ON THE THIRD BED AT THE TIME OF SALE. OTHERWISE, NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE HOTEL
Our guide may make changes to the course of the program provided that the program is fully carried out
Extra tours operate depending on the number of participants. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest has no right to compensation. In this case, Turlasana.com has no responsibility. Extra tour prices may change. In this case, the tour departure date, not the date on which the guest purchased the tour, is taken into account. The extra tour price valid at the time of the tour will apply. The guest has purchased the tour accepting this.
The times specified in the tour program are calculated according to normal weather and road conditions, and in possible delays, Tatilciniz Tourism has no responsibility and the guest has no right to compensation.
Changes may be made in the tour accommodation regions and hotels, provided that they are at the same standard depending on occupancy.
Turlasana.com has no responsibility for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour.
On tours by plane, Turlasana.com reserves the right to change the airport, airline company, and flight time depending on occupancy and provided that the program is not disrupted.
For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Guests' passports must not be damaged/worn/torn. It is mandatory for individuals to fulfill the legal requirements necessary to enter the countries to be visited. In cases where the tour cannot take place due to expired passports, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
Turlasana.com is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Tatilciniz Tourism has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Tatilciniz Tourism only undertakes the role of intermediary institution. Turlasana.com has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
The exit fee stamp required to be taken at border crossings can be obtained from the relevant banks before the tour or easily obtained at the border gates.
Tatilciniz Tourism is not responsible for time losses that may occur due to congestion at border gates.
In foreign tours, in countries entered with an ID card (GEORGIA-UKRAINE-CYPRUS-MOLDOVA), passage can only be made with the new ID card.
Please carry money of those countries with you according to the currency of the country you will be traveling to.
The minimum number of participants required for the departure of this tour is projected as 30. When there is not a sufficient majority, Turlasana.com reserves the right to cancel the tour by giving 3 days' notice. In case of cancellation of the tour, Turlasana.com is obliged to notify the cancellation personally. Since this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. The prepayment amount is a minimum of 30% of the reservation fee on the registration date. The full remaining tour fee must be completed 7 days before the tour departure date. The latest circular invalidates the previous one.
