Payment Terms

During reservation, a minimum 50% prepayment must be made for the reservation to become active. The remaining payment amount is collected according to the operational plan; on the tour day via bank transfer or in the vehicle through the guide.

For reservations with a balance, if payment is not made within the specified periods, the reservation will be canceled and 35% of the total accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty.

Guests who prefer the pay-at-hotel option;
