Upon our arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport at 08:40 local time, we head to Milan city center to conduct our city tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. En route, guests who wish may join our optional Como Tour program (50 Euro). On our tour, we will visit Lake Como, famous for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty, hosting the summer homes of Hollywood celebrities, European elites, and the world jet set, and we will take a photo break accompanied by the lake’s unique view. After the free time in Como, we continue our journey toward Milan city center. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, also stands out with its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless works of art such as the fresco of The Last Supper by the great master Leonardo da Vinci. Although it is Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping, nightlife, and dining experiences. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for our hotel in the Venice region. En route, guests who wish may join our optional Verona Tour program (50 Euro). Verona, listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, is also home to Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum, and to the home of the famous work Romeo and Juliet by the renowned English writer Shakespeare, which tells the world’s greatest love story known today. After our panoramic sightseeing tour on foot through Via Mazzini (main square) and Erbe Square, surrounded by many shops, cafes, and stores, where we will also see Verona Cathedral, we complete our tour and continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice region. En route, guests who wish may join our optional Venetian Masterpieces and Hidden Venice Walking Tour program (80 Euro – “transportation by Vaporetto included”). During our tour in Venice, we will see major iconic structures such as St. Mark’s Square, built of stone and marble with its columns brought from Istanbul, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace designed and used as a symbol of grandeur and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower; afterward, we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice, connected by bridges and stretching along narrow canals. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Florence. En route, guests who wish may join our optional Outlet Tour program (40 Euro). After the pleasant free time we will offer for quality and affordable shopping at the outlet center, which hosts stores of Italy’s most prestigious brands shaping the world and fashion trends, as well as cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, we continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, we arrange our city tour. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we will first see from the outside the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, which immediately attracts attention with its orange dome and is the 4th largest church in Europe. One of the cathedral’s most remarkable features is the bronze door known as the “Gate of Paradise,” where scenes of prophetic stories, some of which are also mentioned in the Quran, are depicted as representations. After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join our optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be Nemi. Known for its wild strawberries and called the “Strawberry Village” for this reason, Nemi hosts an annual strawberry festival. After our sightseeing tour in Nemi, where its narrow streets opening onto squares, and the enchanting lake and valley view blend with the smell of strawberries in the air, we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, known as Urbs aput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” offering art, history, music, shopping, sun, and cuisine, with buildings in different styles stretching from antiquity to the Renaissance. While the works created by architects competing with each other attract thousands of tourists to the city in every season, Rome manages to host even these crowds without overwhelming the visitor, with all its beauty and aesthetics. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 14:35 local time and end of the tour.
