With departure from the meeting points at the specified times, our enjoyable daytime journey begins. We are heading to Cumalıkızık Village, our first stop. For those who wish, we enjoy our delicious village breakfast. (Extra) In the village, where preservation and restoration work is being carried out, we are welcomed by the authentic atmosphere surrounded by Ottoman-era historical mansions. After the village breakfast we will have at our contracted facility, we try to pass through Cin Aralığı, the narrowest street in the world, in Cumalıkızık Village. By taking photos, you can visit the colorful bay-windowed mansions and the Ethnography Museum.
After our Cumalıkızık tour, we begin our journey toward Gölyazı. After a 1-hour drive, as we proceed toward Gölyazı among the fig trees, we are greeted at the entrance by the restored windmill. Along the way, we learn information about Gölyazı and Lake Uluabat, or its former name, Lake Apolyont. During free time, you can enjoy coffee and tea in lakeside cafés, visit the historical Gölyazı Bath, now restored and turned into a café, and its Mosque, the historical auction where fish caught from Lake Uluabat have been sold for 100 years, and the restored mansions and Greek houses, and take plenty of photos. Again, those guests who wish can go up to Zambaktepe, the point with the best view of the lake. We meet at the Weeping Plane Tree in the village square and, stopping by the stalls along the way and the Church of Saint Panteleimon, one of the original examples of Anatolian Greek Orthodox churches, we reach our vehicle with a 15-20 minute walk.
We move on to Trilye, our next stop. In Tirilye, an old Greek settlement, we visit the Fatih Mosque and the Stone School, which was originally built as a Priest School and served as a school until the 1980s. Afterwards, after a shopping break for Trilye olives, among the finest table olives grown in our country, Mudanya will be our final stop.
First, we go to our restaurant in Mudanya. After touring Mudanya Promenade from end to end with its magnificent breeze, and seeing the Mudanya Armistice House, the building where the Mudanya Armistice was signed, as well as the waterfront mansions and houses in the Crete District (Mudanya Greek District), we head to our hotel in Kocaeli for dinner and accommodation. Ormanya Maşukiye Sapanca - Istanbul
After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we are entering Ormanya, which will impress you with its wildlife area, walking and cycling trails, zoo, picnic areas, and botanical cover. After having our mixed breakfast at our restaurant, Ormanya Natural Life Park, spread over an area of 4,000 acres together with its natural surroundings, has the distinction of being the third largest natural habitat in the world and the largest in Europe. In Ormanya Natural Life Park, where all needs are met so that plants and animals can live in conditions closest to their natural environment, every detail has also been carefully considered for visitors. Ormanya, a project on a world scale in every respect, presents a unique model where the preservation of natural life and its use for touristic purposes are brought together. After our enjoyable tour, our guests who wish may visit the Upside Down House, where all the items in the house are placed on the ceiling.
