Meeting at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, at the international departures terminal in front of the SunExpress Airlines check-in counter, 3 hours before departure. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Barcelona at 11:35 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ894. Upon arrival at 13:15 local time, we will meet our vehicle waiting for us at the airport and depart for Valencia. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Valencia is a historic and modern city on Spain's eastern coast, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. As Spain's third-largest city, Valencia attracts visitors with its rich history, culture, and art. During our city tour, the City Hall, Gothic Cathedral, Bullring, Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Historic Market Mercado Central, and the Old Silk Exchange will be among the places to be seen. After the tour, transfer to our hotel, check-in to rooms, and free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 Valencia – Granada
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Granada. Granada is a history- and culture-filled city located in the heart of the Andalusia region. Granada is famous for its historical heritage, music and dance, breathtaking views, and the Alhambra Palace. The city is one of Spain's leading tourist destinations and welcomes millions of visitors every year. During our city tour here, Gran Via Avenue, BibRambla and City Squares, Granada Cathedral (from the outside), Madraza, Granada's first university, the Silk Bazaar, and the old Nasrid Caravanserai will be among the places to be seen. After the tour, our guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Alhambra Palace Tour. (80 Euro) (There is a daily visitor limit at the Alhambra Palace, and our visit to the palace may also be carried out without the harem section, depending on availability. It is important that you inform your agency during reservation whether you will participate in this tour.) One of Granada's greatest treasures, the Alhambra Palace is one of the most striking and impressive examples of Andalusian Islamic architecture. One of Spain's most visited historical sites, Alhambra is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and has gained worldwide fame. This famous structure began to be built in the 13th century on the plateau of Sabika Hill overlooking Granada and continued until the 15th century. Due to the red color it takes from the red soil used in its construction, it was named Alhambra, meaning “red.” Some guests may also join the optional Magnificent Neighborhoods (Albaicin and Sacromonte Gypsy Quarter) tour. (60 Euro) Albaicin is a historic and enchanting neighborhood of Granada. This area, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is famous for its narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and scenic hills. It bears traces of Andalusian Islamic culture and architecture and reflects Granada's history. After the tour here, we will watch a Gypsy show in completely handmade cave houses, accompanied by a drink, and observe their way of life. After the tour, return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 Granada – Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Seville is a city in the Andalusia region of Spain, famous for its historical and cultural richness. In Seville, located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, during our city tour we will first see Maria Luisa Park, where Plaza de España and Plaza America are located, the Seville Cathedral (from the outside), where the tomb of Christopher Columbus is also located, and next to the cathedral the Giralda Minaret, the last remaining part of the mosque built on top of the cathedral, the Alcazar Palace (from the outside), which carries the memory of the Umayyad State of Andalusia. Then, passing through the Archives of the Indies, where records of all sea voyages made to the Americas from the 15th century until the 19th century were kept, we will reach the old narrow streets of Santa Cruz, known as “Old” Seville. At the end of our walk, after seeing Torre del Oro, also known as the Golden Tower, which was once the central campus of Seville University, formerly a tobacco factory and now a maritime museum, we transfer to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Flamenco Fire Tour. (55 Euro) Seville is one of the birthplaces of flamenco and is considered one of the most important centers of flamenco culture in Spain. Day 4 Seville – Cordoba – Mijas – Malaga – Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Cities (Cordoba & Mijas & Malaga) tour. (140 Euro) Cordoba is a historic city in Spain's Andalusia region. It is famous for its historical and cultural richness, impressive architecture, and structures bearing traces of Andalusian Islamic culture. After a 1.5-hour journey, we arrive in Cordoba, where the Guadalquivir River will welcome us first. We will walk across the historic Roman bridge, pass through the Roman gate, and enter the city. The city's most magnificent structure, one of the largest mosques in the world, the Great Mosque of Cordoba, rises on 850 columns. Here we will enter with our guide and witness the magnificence of this amazing masterpiece while receiving fascinating information. After our tour of the Great Mosque, we will continue on foot, seeing the spotless old streets and the old inn and houses of Cordoba that reflect all the elegance of Andalusian architecture. After our tour here, our second stop is Mijas, a charming and traditional mountain town located in the Málaga province of the Andalusia region in southern Spain, famous especially for its whitewashed houses. Located close to the Costa del Sol coast, Mijas attracts attention with both its sea views and historical texture. Mijas Pueblo, the historic part of the town, offers a postcard-like view with its narrow streets, balconies decorated with flowers, and whitewashed houses in typical Andalusian architecture. Although the town's origins go back to Ancient Rome and even the Phoenicians, its present appearance was largely shaped during the Muslim Andalusian period. One of the most notable points of Mijas is the small bullring built on the town's hilltop and the ruins of Mijas Castle. After the tour, our final stop is Malaga. After the tour, we continue to Madrid. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Madrid, the capital of Spain, is one of the most visited cities in the country thanks to its deep historical and cultural richness. During our city tour in Madrid, we will first see the Bullring (from the outside), Alcala Gate and Independence Square, Cibeles Monument, the famous Grand Via avenue, Bernabeu Stadium, Plaza Castilla, Atocha Train Station, the famous Prado Museum (from the outside), Plaza de Espana with the statues of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, the Royal Palace (from the outside), the 9-gated Plaza Mayor, and Sol Square. Day 6 Madrid- Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Barcelona. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Barcelona is Spain’s second-largest city and the vibrant, captivating capital of the Catalonia region, a city renowned worldwide. Bathed by the warm waters of the Mediterranean, this magnificent city offers a unique blend of history, art, culture, and entertainment. With its splendid architecture, colorful streets, delicious cuisine, and lively nightlife, Barcelona attracts millions of visitors every year. The city is like an open-air museum adorned with the unique works of Antoni Gaudi. During our city tour in this beautiful city, La Sagrada Familia Church, Christopher Columbus Monument, La Ramblas Avenue, Spain and Catalunya Squares, the Bullring, and the Olympic Port will be among the places to be seen. After the tour, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Poble Espanyol & Montjuic Hill tour. (30 Euro) We begin our tour by visiting Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village), built for the 1929 World Fair and now a popular stop for visitors to Barcelona, consisting of 117 buildings, streets, and squares. Day 7 Barcelona – Girona & Figueras (Dali Museum) – Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Pearls of Northern Catalonia (Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum) tour. (70 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is Girona. Girona, a historic city located in northeastern Catalonia, about 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, is famous for its medieval narrow streets, historical buildings, museums, churches, and walls. During our tour here, the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, and the famous Jewish Quarter (El Call) will be among the places to be seen. After the tour, we head to Figueres. Figueres is located northeast of Girona and is known as the birthplace of Salvador Dali. The city is closely associated with the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dali. The most important tourist attraction in Figueres is the Salvador Dali Museum. Dali built a museum here to leave something in the place where he was born and to exhibit his works. Today, this museum has the largest Dali collection and is considered Dali’s greatest masterpiece because every part of it was designed by Dali himself. The museum contains more than 4,000 works created by Dali using different techniques. After the tour, we return to Barcelona. Day 8 Barcelona – Izmir
After breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by the guide, we head to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Izmir at 14:15 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 895. Arrival in Izmir at 19:25 local time and the end of our tour.
