Meeting 3 hours before the flight in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Barcelona at 09.10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1853. After arrival at 10.55 local time, our panoramic city tour begins with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Barcelona is a world-renowned city as the second largest city in Spain and the vibrant and fascinating capital of the Catalonia region. Washed by the warm waters of the Mediterranean, this magnificent city offers a unique blend of history, art, culture, and entertainment. With its magnificent architecture, colorful streets, delicious cuisine, and lively nightlife, Barcelona attracts millions of visitors every year. The city is like an open-air museum adorned with the unique works of Antoni Gaudí. During our city tour in this beautiful city, the Church of La Sagrada Familia, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Montjuic Hill, La Rambla Street, Spain and Catalunya Square, the Andalusia Arena, and the Olympic Port are among the places to be seen. 2nd Day Barcelona – Girona & Figueras (Dali Museum) – Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish can join the optional Splendors of Northern Catalonia (Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum) tour. (70 Euro) Our first stop on our tour is Girona. Girona, a historic city located in the northeast of Catalonia, about 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, is famous for its narrow streets from the Middle Ages, historic buildings, museums, churches, and walls. On the tour we will take here, the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, and the famous Jewish Quarter (El Call) are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we head to the city of Figueras. Figueres is a city located northeast of Girona and known as the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. The city is closely associated with the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dalí. The most important tourist attraction in Figueres is the Salvador Dalí Museum. Dalí established a museum here to leave something behind in the place where he was born and to exhibit his works. This museum today has the largest Dalí collection and is referred to as Dalí's greatest work because every part of it was designed by Dalí. The museum contains more than 4000 works made by Dalí using different techniques. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish can join the optional Splendorous Flamenco Fire tour. (55 Euro) Flamenco is regarded as an expression of emotion and passion and is an important part of Spain's cultural heritage. As both dance and music, flamenco offers viewers a vibrant and exciting experience. After the pleasant time you will spend here, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
3rd Day Barcelona – Park Güell & Gothic Quarter – Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish can join the optional tour of Gaudi’s Magnificent Work Park Güell & Gothic Quarter. (60 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is Park Güell. One of Antoni Gaudi’s magnificent works, Park Güell is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Called a fairy-tale park, this park creates a magical atmosphere with its colorful stairs and imaginative mansions. After seeing this magnificent work of Gaudi, our second stop is the Gothic Quarter. In the Gothic Quarter, you can feel the enchanting atmosphere of the Middle Ages and admire the historical texture with its narrow and labyrinthine streets from the Middle Ages, Gothic churches, romantic squares, and Roman walls. Among the most important structures in the neighborhood are Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Reial (Royal Square), Plaça del Rei (King Square), and La Rambla. After our tour, our guests who wish can join the optional Magnificent Sitges Tour (40 Euro). Sitges is a charming coastal town located on the Mediterranean coast southwest of Barcelona. It is famous for its turquoise sea, beautiful beaches, and lively atmosphere, and is also known for its art and culture events and hosts many art galleries, museums, and festivals. We will begin our trip with the magical stairs of the San Bartolome-Santa Tecla cathedral and lose ourselves in its historic streets. This cathedral, dating from the 17th century, was built on the remains of old Romanesque and Gothic churches. After admiring this magnificent cathedral, our next journey is the historic streets of Sitges; within the medieval town center, the Maricel Palace and Museum, one of the exquisite examples of Modernism, is truly a paradise for collection lovers. Directly opposite is the Cau Ferrat Museum, the home of Santiago Rusiñol, one of the leaders of the modernist movement in the Catalonia region. When he began exhibiting his paintings here in Sitges, he also took on the greatest role in making the town so well known. After seeing the colorful houses and cute bars in the narrow streets where the Sitges Festival is celebrated every year and where thousands of people flock for the horror and fantasy film categories, we will head toward the beach and spend the rest of our time having fun like the locals here. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
4th Day Barcelona – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul Airport at 12.10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1854. Arrival at 17.55 local time and the end of our tour.
