Our arrival time in Istanbul is between 22:00-00:00, depending on regional density and traffic conditions.
After picking up our valued participants from the designated departure points, we depart via the Adapazarı - Düzce route. After approximately a two-hour journey, we will visit Güzeldere Waterfall, which has been registered as an “In-Forest Recreation Area” by the General Directorate of Forestry, National Parks, and Wildlife Conservation. In this natural wonder, we will start the day with a delightful breakfast (Extra) featuring local flavors in an environment surrounded by many tree species such as Beech, Hornbeam, Fir, Yew, Scots Pine, Black Pine, Chestnut, Linden, and Maple.
After breakfast, we set off again toward our first sightseeing point. During your free time on this tour, we will spend time in nature, replenish our oxygen, and have plenty of opportunities to take photos. Then we head to Efteni Lake and take a short photo break at this lake, where 123 of the 175 bird species are on the red list of the World Conservation Union.
Afterwards, we turn toward Bolu Mountain and reach Topuk Plateau, located at an altitude of 1300 meters, which is used by world-famous sports clubs as a training and accommodation area. The walk we will take around the plateau lake, with its forest texture and visual beauty, will leave those who see it in admiration.
At the end of the tour, we will begin our return journey to Istanbul and part ways until we meet again at the next itctur.com organization.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
During the tour, a promise or guarantee of a specific seat number can absolutely not be given. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the departure time. Guests who are late and unable to join the tour cannot claim any rights.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the staff member assigned to the tour will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provide is correct. Otherwise, responsibility rests with you.
If children under the age of 18 who are not legally adults do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
If the Guide deems it necessary in cases such as adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, or the density of places to be visited in the region, they have the right to make changes regarding timing, program flow, and the area to be visited, provided that the tour program is carried out. The hotels specified in the program may be changed, provided they are similar in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursion, etc. rights are non-refundable. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the tour may be postponed to another date, provided that guests who purchased the package are informed in advance; guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and the fees of the guests who made the purchase will be refunded. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to notify our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The minimum number of participants is 25 people.
itctur.com is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure reasons (weather, road conditions, crowding at places to be visited, places/areas closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
When the agency does not reach the sufficient number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different Agency with the same or similar tour program; in this way, our guests can carry out the tour program they purchased without disrupting their holiday plan.
The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no exact or definite return time is given.
On tours with accommodation, the 0–6 age child discount is used for one child with two adults.
Our foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Türkiye do not pay any additional difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is specific to T.C. citizens, a museum card is not provided. The latest issued circular invalidates the previous circular.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip.
For the night, bring a cardigan or similar clothing; since all our excursions will be during the day, do not forget to bring lip balm and a hat, a small bag for your shopping, and of course, most importantly, a camera and spare memory card and charging kit spare battery.

As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration approval will be sent to the email address you specified.
After your Tour Registration approval reaches you, you may join our tour. Guests who do not receive a tour approval email cannot join our tour.
Providing the necessary contact information for the person for whom the reservation was made is mandatory. itctur.com is not responsible for any possible problems that may arise if incomplete information is provided to us.
VEHICLES TO BE USED
The vehicles to be used on tours are determined according to the number of people, road conditions, and regional conditions; no promise can be made regarding the type of vehicle to be used on tours.
All vehicles used on our tours are tourism vehicles.
For 38 people and above, Otokar Doruk Mercedes Travego –Tourismo , Man Fortuna , Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people, luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people, luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people, luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.
MUSEUM AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE ENTRANCE FEES
If our guide deems it necessary, they have the right to make changes in the tour flow, provided that the entire program is implemented. Private business entrance fees, museum and archaeological site entrance fees are the responsibility of our guests. Guests between the ages of 7 and 12 will pay the student fee upon presenting an ID. All guests who participate in the tour and wish to enter museums are obliged to pay this fee.
