Then, we visit the Çifte Minareli Medrese, bearing traces of the Anatolian Seljuk and Ilkhanate periods. With its magnificent crown gate and stone craftsmanship, this medrese, one of Erzurum's most important historical structures, allows us to closely discover the city's cultural heritage. One of the most enjoyable breaks of our Erzurum tour is for the city's famous delicacy, Cağ Kebab (extra). By tasting the cağ kebab, cooked over wood fire and served on special skewers, we have the opportunity to get to know Erzurum cuisine up close. After our meal break, we move to the Rüstem Paşa Caravanserai – Taşhan, one of Erzurum's historical trade centers. During the free time given here, you can experience the historical atmosphere, examine Erzurum's world-famous Oltu Stone products, and guests who wish can go shopping. During our journey, accompanied by the winter landscapes of Eastern Anatolia, we visit the Sarıkamış Martyrs' Cemetery, witnessing one of the saddest pages of our history. After our short visit, honoring our soldiers who lost their lives during the defense of the homeland with respect and gratitude, we continue our journey to Kars.
