We arrive at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight and, after completing baggage drop-off, ticket, and passport control procedures, we fly to Barcelona on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1527 at 11:15. Upon our arrival in Barcelona at 12:40 local time, we set off on a panoramic Barcelona city tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. On our tour, we first go up to Montjuïc Hill, where we can enjoy panoramic views of the entire city. After a photo break here with the city’s unique and breathtaking view, we will see the Christopher Columbus Monument, Plaza de España, and Port Olímpic (the marina). After breakfast, free time for the whole day. During this free time, guests who wish may join our extra Barcelona Icons & Girona & Figueres - Dali Museum Tour (105 Euro) program. First, on our tour, we go up to Carmel Hill, where we can enjoy the city’s magnificent view, and visit Park Güell, designed and built by Antoni Gaudí. “Entrance fee included” We offer free time for photos and a surrounding walk in Park Güell, which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1984 and takes visitors into a fairy-tale world with its vibrant colors and figures inspired by nature. Then we will see Casa Milà, one of Gaudí’s most important works contributing to the city’s architecture (Gaudí’s House), and complete our tour with a walk around La Sagrada Familia. After the Barcelona Icons Tour, we begin the second part of our tour, the Girona & Figueres - Dali Museum program. In our tour, we set off toward Figueres. Salamanca is a vibrant culture, trade, and tourism city in northwestern Spain, established on the banks of the Tormes River and home to the Salamanca University, the first in Spain and one of Europe’s oldest universities, with its ancient historical riches stretching from the Carthaginians to the Romans. Together with its historical and cultural riches, after the surrounding tour we will carry out in Salamanca, which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988, and the short free time we will offer at Plaza Mayor, one of Europe’s most beautiful squares, we continue toward Porto. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Porto region, room assignment and free time to rest.
PORTO – (Porto Masterpieces Tour) – (Obidos Tour) – LISBON
After breakfast and check-out, we set off toward Lisbon. On the way, guests who wish may join the extra Porto Masterpieces Tour (65 Euro) program. Porto is a historic city located in northern Portugal on the banks of the Douro River. On our panoramic city tour, we will see the city’s UNESCO-protected historical texture and landmarks. On our tour, we first proceed along Avenida dos Aliados. This avenue, one of Porto’s widest boulevards, is among the areas to be seen panoramically with its historic granite buildings and the view of the city hall. Then we will see São Bento Railway Station from the outside. The blue-and-white azulejo tiles on the station’s interior walls present scenes from Portuguese history. On our route, Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto) will be seen panoramically from the outside. The cathedral area, located on one of the city’s highest points, is one of the stops where a short break will be given to photograph Porto’s historic center. Then we continue panoramically along Ribeira District, which stands out with its narrow streets and traditional houses. Afterwards, the UNESCO-listed Luís I Bridge will be seen panoramically. The bridge’s iron structure creates one of the city’s most recognized silhouettes. From here we reach Clérigos Tower and the Livraria Lello area; the tower will be seen panoramically from the outside and Lello’s exterior can be photographed. We complete the tour by seeing Bolhão Market and the surrounding commercial axis. This area, where local products are sold, is one of the places where we can observe Porto’s daily life. At the end of the Porto Masterpieces Tour, we continue our journey toward Lisbon. On the way, guests who wish may join the extra Obidos Tour (50 Euro) program. In the medieval town of Obidos, surrounded by walls on a hill and with its cobblestone streets conveying Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic architectural characteristics to visitors, the Obidos Castle of Roman origin, St. John the Baptist Church, and Rua Direita, which attracts the most visitors as the town’s main street, are among the main places to be seen. After the Obidos Tour, we arrive at our hotel in the Lisbon region. Free time offered for room assignment
LISBON – (Lisbon Masterpieces Tour) – (Atlantic Shores Tour) – (Lisbon Evening Tour with Dinner) – (Fado Show)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join our extra Lisbon Masterpieces Tour (55 Euro) program. Lisbon, the capital of Portugal and, like Istanbul, a city with 2 sides, is also Europe’s 6th most visited city by tourists throughout the year. Lisbon, ruled throughout history by the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and finally the Portuguese, hosts many historical works with this history stretching back to 1200 BC. During the tour we will carry out in Lisbon, the historic part of the city where Rossio Square and St. George’s Castle are located, and the Santa Justa Lift are among the main places to see. After the city tour, we offer free time in the city center. Continuing our city tour, Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, built during the Age of Discoveries and symbolizing Portugal, will be seen and free time will be given for a photo break. Then Avenida de Liberdade, known as Lisbon’s Champs-Élysées, famous for its cafes, quality shops, and restaurants, is among the places to be seen, and we will have the opportunity to explore Lisbon from different angles. At the end of the tour, we offer free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the extra Atlantic Shores Tour (85 Euro) program. The first stop of our tour will be the town of Sintra. Sintra will welcome us with its boutique shops, colorful and ornate houses resembling castles, and cobblestone streets. However, the most important feature that led to the town being included in the UNESCO World Heritage List is its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Period. After our Sintra tour through streets and avenues surrounded by palaces and churches, our next stop will be Cabo da Roca, called the “End of the World” and the westernmost point of the European Continent. After a short break to take photos of the ocean and the famous beaches frequented by surfers, we continue our tour with a panoramic surrounding tour in the fishing town of Cascais. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel in the Lisbon region and free time to rest. After the free time offered for room assignment, guests who wish may join our extra Lisbon Evening Tour with Dinner (55 Euro) program. On our tour, first we proceed along the banks of the Tagus River and follow the Cais do Sodré and Ribeira das Naus line panoramically. The illuminated coastal road presents Lisbon’s modern face with a pleasant view in the evening hours. Then we will panoramically see the outer surroundings of the Alfama slopes, which are historical but not included in our daytime tour. The illuminated silhouette of the narrow streets allows us to observe the city’s traditional texture in the evening. Afterwards, we panoramically see the evening ambiance of Praça do Comércio from the outside. The square’s yellow arcades and the lighting by the river create one of Lisbon’s most impressive evening scenes. After the night tour, we complete our tour with dinner at a local restaurant and offer free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the extra Fado Show (45 Euro) program. On our tour, we join a Fado Show where we listen to Fado music, unique to Portugal and made world-famous by the emotional and sorrowful laments of sailors’ wives. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Lisbon region.
LISBON – OUTLET – İZMİR
After breakfast and check-out, we set off for Lisbon Airport for our return flight to İzmir. On the way, after free time for quality and affordable shopping at the outlet center, which hosts stylish stores of world-famous prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we complete our outlet tour and continue our journey to the airport. After the baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures to be completed upon arrival at the airport, we fly to İzmir at 14:55 with Pegasus Airlines’ direct scheduled flight PC1562. Arrival at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 19:20 local time and the end of our tour.
