After arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport Domestic Terminal 3 hours before our flight, we complete baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control and then fly to Bilbao at 10:20 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1113. After arriving in Bilbao at 12:40 local time, we head out to arrange our San Sebastian city tour. Then we will see São Bento Railway Station from the outside. The blue-and-white azulejo tiles on the station’s interior walls depict scenes from Portuguese history. Located on one of the city’s highest points, the cathedral area is one of the spots where a short stop will be made to photograph Porto’s historic center. Governed throughout history by the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and finally the Portuguese, Lisbon, with this history dating back to 1200 BC, hosts many historical works. During our tour in Lisbon, the historic district of the city with Rossio Square and St. George’s Castle, as well as the Santa Justa Lift, are among the main places to be seen. After the city tour, we offer free time in the city center. Continuing our city tour, Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, built during the Age of Discovery and symbolic for Portugal, will be seen and free time will be given for a photo stop. Then Avenida da Liberdade, known as Lisbon’s Champs-Élysées, famous for its cafés, quality shops, and restaurants, will be among the places to be seen, and we will have the opportunity to discover Lisbon from different angles. In our panoramic city tour, we first see how modern structures and historic fabric are intertwined as we proceed along the banks of the Nervión River. After viewing the Guggenheim Museum, which has become the city’s symbol, and the bridges over the river panoramically, we reach Casco Viejo, the historic center of Bilbao. In this center, which stands out with its narrow streets, buildings reflecting traditional Basque architecture, and small squares, the Santiago Cathedral will be our panoramic visit point.
