After picking up our valued guests at the designated points, we begin our night journey with Seferihisar Mandarin Festival Tour via itctur.com.
Day 2 Çiçekliköy – Bademler Village – Sığacık – Seferihisar – Mandarin Festival
After our night journey, we enjoy breakfast surrounded by nature in Çiçekliköy in the morning. Following our breakfast break, we head to Bademler Village. We visit Bademler, a village with special cultural significance for having established Turkey's first village theater and for its library and toy museum, which have been operating for over 80 years. In Bademler, selected as Turkey's cleanest village in a competition organized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in 2012, we take a pleasant stroll. Afterwards, we arrive in Sığacık and begin our tour of Sığacık. As we walk through the streets inside the castle, browsing stalls displaying handmade products, we enjoy a peaceful walk among stone houses adorned with bougainvillea. Guided by our guide's descriptions, we listen to the history of this quiet town and are given free time at Sığacık Marina to enjoy the sea breeze. After the free time, we move on to Seferihisar. We reach Seferihisar, which holds Turkey's first "Cittaslow" (Slow City) title. While strolling among colorful booths at the Mandala Festival, which has become a symbol of the city, we taste the fragrant Seferihisar mandarins and meet local producers. While enjoying music, dance, and entertainment in the festival area, we also have the opportunity to sample local delicacies. After the free time provided in the festival area, we head back to our hotel. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at our hotel.

Day 3 Tire – Museum of Urban History – Ödemiş – Birgi – Çakırağa Mansion – Return Journey
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we head to Tire, one of Turkey's most beautiful towns. After visiting structures such as the City History Museum, Tire Market, Tire Han (Caravanserai), Yalınayak Hamam (Bathhouse), and Necip Paşa Library from the Beylik and Ottoman periods, we view Ödemiş district panoramically before proceeding to Birgi. The main sites we will visit include Aydınoğlu Mehmet Bey Mosque, İmam-ı Birgivi Complex, Çakırağa Mansion, Umur Bey Monument, Derviş Ağa (Çukur) Madrasa, and its Bathhouse. Following our tour of Birgi Village, we begin our return journey. In the evening, we arrive in Istanbul and conclude our tour.

General Information
Tour duration: The program begins with an overnight journey and lasts 2 nights and 3 days, with 1 night including hotel accommodation.
Transportation: Departure is from Istanbul, and the round trip is made by bus. Departure points are İncirli, Mecidiyeköy, Kadıköy, Bostancı, Kartal, Pendik, Çayırova, and Gebze.
Overnight journey: Since the first night involves traveling on the bus, it would be beneficial for guests to bring a neck pillow, light blanket, and personal necessities for use during the trip.
Breakfast: On the first day, free time is given in Çiçekliköy for breakfast; breakfast is not included in the tour price.
Festival: Free time is provided at the Seferihisar Mandarin Festival. Guests can make personal purchases for local products, mandarins, and regional delicacies within the festival area.
Meals: Dinner and breakfast at the hotel are included in the tour price. Lunch on the first day, Çiçekliköy breakfast, lunch in Birgi, and dinner on the return journey are extra and must be purchased separately.
Accommodation: Accommodation is provided at hotels in the Izmir region or similar areas.
Walking: Since historical streets and buildings in Sığacık, Tire, and Birgi will be visited, it is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Weather conditions: As the program includes many outdoor excursions, especially during seasonal transitions, it is advisable to carry a raincoat/umbrella and clothing suitable for the season.
Free time: Since there is free time at Sığacık Marina, the Mandarin Festival, and various sightseeing spots, it is recommended to have cash or cards for personal expenses.
Photography: The stone houses of Sığacık, the Seferihisar Mandarin Festival, and the historic texture of Birgi are excellent stops for photography.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions
CONTRACT PRICE INCREASE
In the event of a price increase in the contract amount, no additional difference will be requested from the consumer, nor will any discounts referred to as "actions" by the facility be refunded to the consumer. However, in package tours to foreign countries where the contract amount is determined in foreign currency, if there is an extraordinary increase in the exchange rate, changes in taxes, duties, fees, and similar legal obligations collected at places such as ports and airports, or an extraordinary increase in transportation costs including fuel expenses (a price increase exceeding 2% will be considered an extraordinary increase), the Consumer acknowledges that itctur.com has the right to make changes to prices and conditions in the contract amount not exceeding 5%.
DEPOSIT SYSTEM
A deposit, also known as kapora or kaparo, is a general term for the advance payment made to reserve a service or movable/immovable property for a temporary sale. In other words, when purchasing a good or service, if you wish to have that good or service reserved for you for a specific period, a certain percentage fee is paid under the name of a deposit. Subsequently, until the sales transaction is completed, the good or service is reserved for you. The deposit given during buying/selling or leasing transactions is accepted as an indicator of the buyer's seriousness. The deposit system is applied not only in our country but all over the world.
The refund of the deposit is only possible if the seller decides to withdraw from the said sale or if the service cannot be rendered. If the buyer cannot participate in the tour or exceeds the cancellation/refund or postponement period stipulated in the package tour contract, they do not have the right to any deposit or full payment refund.
If cancellations are made less than 15 days before the start of the service by the consumer, the consumer declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay the full reservation amount to itctur.com. If the consumer, after exceeding the cancellation/refund or postponement period, fails to notify the agency of force majeure and the agency does not approve the consumer's cancellation/refund or postponement process, and the consumer still chooses not to participate in the tour for which they made a reservation by paying the deposit, the consumer declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay the remaining amount (after deducting the deposit) in full to itctur.com.
TRANSFER OF SERVICE
If it becomes impossible for the consumer to continue with the purchased tour/accommodation/service, they may transfer their reservation to a third party who meets all valid contractual conditions by notifying itctur.com at least 7 days prior to the departure date for day trips, and at least 15 days prior to the departure date for overnight tours. In this case, both the transferring and the transferee person(s) are jointly and severally liable to itctur.com for the balance amount and all additional expenses arising from such transfer. For tours involving air travel, this situation is evaluated according to the cancellation and change conditions of the operating airline company. Specifically, for outbound tours, visa fees are not refunded to consumers whose visa processes have been completed for transferred tours. Visa responsibilities for consumers taking over the package tour will belong to them. If consumers do not have visas, or despite having applied, fail to obtain a visa from the relevant institution by the tour start date, itctur.com accepts no responsibility and collects the full tour amount from both the transferor and the transferee (jointly and severally). If the person taking over the service does not have the same status as the transferor, the transfer will not take place, or special discounts will be removed and the transfer process will be completed.
RIGHTS TO MODIFICATION
Before the start of the package tour/service, significant changes made to the contract content due to reasons not attributable to the Consumer, as well as price changes other than those specified in Article 5 of the sales contract, are considered substantial contract modifications. Substantial contract modifications and their impact on prices shall be immediately notified to the Consumer/participant in writing and/or via a permanent data storage medium by itctur.com. Following the notification, the Consumer/Participant may:
a. Participate in another package tour offered by itctur.com of equal or higher value without paying an additional fee,
b. Participate in a package tour of lower value subject to the refund of the price difference,
c. Withdraw from the contract without paying any compensation.
If the Consumer/Participant withdraws from the contract, the amount paid by the Participant/Consumer shall be refunded without deduction within a maximum of 15 days from the date itctur.com receives the withdrawal notification. If the Participant/Consumer, despite being notified of substantial contract modifications and their price impact through the aforementioned methods, does not respond or fails to indicate which of the aforementioned rights they have exercised via itctur.com using the specified methods, they shall be deemed to have accepted the new conditions constituting an additional contract containing substantial changes to the package tour contract, including the notified price increases. In such a case, if they do not participate in the tour without any notification, they cannot request a refund or reduction of fees on the grounds that they did not receive the service, and they declare and accept that the fees paid constitute cancellation penalties. If itctur.com cancels the tour/contract before the start of the tour/service due to reasons not attributable to the Consumer/Participant, the Consumer/Participant may exercise the rights listed in points a), b), and c) above granted to them.
NON-START OR NON-CONTINUATION OF SERVICE
Despite itctur.com exercising all necessary care, if the tour/service cannot begin or its continuation becomes impossible due to the reasons listed below, and/or if the breach of contract stems from the following reasons, itctur.com cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract:
a. Fault on the part of the Consumer.
b. Unexpected and unavoidable behavior of a third party not involved in the fulfillment of the contract.
c. Existence of force majeure.
d. Occurrence of an event that could not be foreseen or prevented by the package tour organizer, intermediary, or independent service provider despite exercising all necessary care,
e. Cancellation due to failure to meet the minimum participation required for organizing the package tour, provided that the cancellation is notified in writing or via a permanent data storage medium to the Consumer at least twenty days before the start of the package tour (If the reason for postponement and/or cancellation of the tour arises less than 20 days before the tour starts, itctur.com cannot be held responsible).
If the reasons mentioned above arise before the tour starts, itctur.com has the right to cancel and/or postpone the tour/service or propose an alternative tour by informing the Consumer in writing or via a Permanent Data Storage Medium. If, due to the reasons mentioned above, the tour cannot begin and the Consumer refuses to accept the postponement of the tour or participation in an alternative tour, itctur.com will cancel the Consumer's tour. In this case, if the Consumer does not accept itctur.com's postponement request or alternative tour proposal, or if the postponement of the tour is practically impossible, itctur.com will refund the payments made by the Consumer up to that date, excluding official payments made for the Consumer (taxes, fees, etc.). If force majeure occurs after the tour has started during the performance of the service, itctur.com's liability is limited to returning the Consumer to the starting point of the tour, and no further liability (refund, compensation, etc.) can be imposed on itctur.com.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
In cancellations made without stating a reason up to 30 days before the start of the service by the Consumer, the amount paid is refunded to the consumer, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, duties, and similar legal obligations, and amounts paid to third parties that can be documented and are not refundable. In cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the start of the service by the Consumer, the consumer declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay 35% of the reservation amount; in cancellations made less than 14 days before the start, the consumer declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay the full reservation amount to itctur.com. In cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service for special products, the full amount paid by the consumer up to that time is refunded to the consumer. If the Consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days before the start of the service, they declare, accept, and undertake to pay 25% of the reservation amount; if they cancel 30-15 days before, 50% of the tour amount; if they cancel 14-07 days before, 75% of the tour amount; and if they cancel less than 7 days before, the full amount to itctur.com. If the service received is a product included in special periods such as New Year, semester breaks, holidays, or other campaigns, the aforementioned clauses of the contract do not apply. In such cases, the consumer has no right to cancellation or refund. For domestic accommodations, consumers who purchase early booking cancellation insurance, and for cultural tours, those who purchase the early booking cancellation guarantee package, can use the uninterrupted cancellation right up to 72 hours before the service start. Early booking cancellation insurance or early booking guarantee packages do not cover air travel costs. In cancellations made for foreign travel, if a visa has been obtained, the visa fee is non-refundable. For tours involving air travel, the consumer's cancellation request is evaluated according to the cancellation and change conditions of the operating airline company. In the event of the consumer's request to change the service, provided itctur.com deems the change appropriate, if there is a price difference between the previously received service and the newly requested service, the consumer must immediately pay the difference to itctur.com upon acceptance of the change request. However, if the price of the new service is lower than the previous service price, itctur.com will refund the difference to the consumer.
You have the right to unconditional refund or postponement for day trips up to 7 days before the tour and for overnight tours up to 14 days before the tour. In case of exceeding the specified periods, you have the right to refund in case of health reasons or death of a first-degree relative. You must document such situations with a report from a state hospital. You have the right to refund or postponement for tours postponed or cancelled by the agency.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the Consumer, despite exercising all necessary care, notifies due to an unforeseeable or unpreventable situation or force majeure less than 30 days before the start of the tour/service, the amount paid by the Consumer is refunded to them, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, duties, etc., and amounts paid to third parties that can be documented and are not refundable. If such a situation arises during the continuation of the tour, relevant information and documents must be submitted to itctur.com immediately along with proof after the consumer leaves the tour. If the consumer does not notify in writing that they will participate in the tour/accommodation/service they missed the start of; itctur.com has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. In such cancellations, no fee refund is made to the consumer.
If an unforeseeable situation or force majeure arises during the continuation of the tour, relevant information and documents must be submitted to itctur.com immediately along with proof after the consumer leaves the tour. If the consumer does not notify in writing that they will participate in the tour/accommodation/service they missed the start of; itctur.com has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. In such cancellations, no fee refund is made to the consumer.
INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, USE OF VISUAL CONTENT, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
Within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), personal data such as guests' names, surnames, Turkish Republic identity number (where required), date of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, reservation details, and similar personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable legislation for the purpose of carrying out reservation, sales, operations, transportation, accommodation, accounting, customer relations, and tour service processes.
Collected personal data may be used for the purpose of providing the service completely, completing reservation processes, conducting tour organization, fulfilling legal obligations, sharing with relevant official institutions when necessary, and managing customer satisfaction processes.
Photographs and videos may be taken by us during tour organizations, and if participants appear in the captured images, such content may carry the nature of personal data.
In this context, the guest accepts that photos and videos taken during the tour;

- Promotion, marketing, and brand awareness activities
may be used, published, and shared within these scopes with the guest's explicit consent.
Guests who do not wish to appear in photo and video content must notify authorized personnel in writing or verbally before the start of the tour. In the absence of such notification, it is accepted that consent has been given for the use of group photos and videos taken in public areas.
The guest may submit their requests regarding their personal data and the use of visual content to the agency in writing at any time. Evaluations will be made within the scope of legislation and necessary actions will be taken.
Before the reservation process and/or during the completion of the reservation, this sales contract, additional terms, and information texts are communicated to the guest via internet site links, short messages, emails, WhatsApp, or similar electronic communication channels.
It is fundamental that the guest carefully reads and examines the contract and information texts communicated to them, becomes informed about all conditions, and completes the reservation process accordingly.
In the event that a reservation is created, a prepayment or total payment is made, a tour service is purchased, or participation in the tour is ensured, the guest is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this contract and the information texts.
The agency cannot be held liable for any disputes, claims, damages, or loss of rights that may arise if the guest has not read the contract and information texts communicated to them in due form, has examined them incompletely, or claims to be unaware of the provisions.
