Our arrival time in Istanbul is between 19:00-21:00, depending on the density of the region and traffic conditions.
We start the day by leaving behind Istanbul's lively rhythm. We pick up our guests from the specified departure points and set off to be captivated by the magic of nature. The first stop on this unique journey, where we will witness a thousand shades of green, begins with a delicious spread breakfast. We make a pleasant start to the day accompanied by the smell of fresh tea and freshly prepared delicacies.
📍 Maşukiye: The Meeting Point with Nature
After breakfast, we arrive in Maşukiye, famous for its lush nature and peaceful atmosphere. During the free time offered to you here, those who wish can sip their tea by the waterfall and artificial river and feel the peace of nature, while those who wish can go on nature walks in the shade of beech trees.
For adventure seekers, Maşukiye also offers adrenaline-filled activities. With our guide's direction:

📍 Ayrı Gezegen Glass Terrace
We arrive at Ayrı Gezegen Glass Terrace, the first glass terrace in the Marmara Region, overlooking Sapanca Lake beneath your feet. While watching the lake and the green sea around it from a height of 185 meters, you can enjoy the breathtaking view. As you walk on the glass, you will feel as if you are floating in space, and we will take a photo break to immortalize this unique experience.
📍 Lunch on the Shore of Sapanca Lake
We are taking a lunch break on the shore of Sapanca Lake in an atmosphere intertwined with nature. You can enjoy your meal accompanied by the clean air in the embrace of the Samanlı Mountains.
📍 Ormanya Nature Park and Hobbit Houses
Our final stop is Ormanya, one of the largest natural life parks in Europe. What is in this magical park?
🌳 Hobbit Houses: Discover the Hobbit Houses that look like they came straight out of fairy tales and take unique photos.
🐾 Zoo: You can observe 467 animals from 53 different species up close and experience wildlife in the heart of nature.
🚶♂️ Walking Trails: On walking routes of different lengths, you can be alone with nature and enjoy a peaceful walk in the cool shade of fir and beech trees.
After the free time here, we say goodbye to nature and start our return journey to Istanbul.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
During the tour, seat number promises and guarantees cannot be given under any circumstances. Please do not insist.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart at the scheduled departure time. Guests who are late and cannot join the tour cannot claim any rights.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure that the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to you.
If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, the required consent forms for tour participation must be kept with them during travel.
If deemed necessary by the Guide in cases such as adverse weather conditions, crowded road conditions, or the density of places to be visited in the region, the Guide has the right to make changes to the timing, program flow, and region to be visited, provided that the tour program is carried out. Hotels specified in the program may be changed provided they are similar in terms of standards and location.
Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. rights are not refunded. If sufficient majority is not achieved, provided that the guests who purchased the package are informed in advance, the tour may be postponed to a different date, guests may be transferred to a different tour program, or the tour may be canceled and the fees of the guests who made the purchase may be refunded. In such a case, our Agency is obliged to inform our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The Minimum Participant Number is 25 people.
ITC TOUR is definitely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowds at places of visit, places/areas closed due to special days or renovation works, etc.) and/or because our guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide.
When the agency does not reach the required number, in order not to cancel the tour, it may send its guests to a different agency with the same and/or similar tour program; in this way, our guests can carry out the tour program they purchased without disrupting their holiday plans.
The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic density; no clear and exact return time is given.
In accommodation tours, the 0–6 age child discount is applied for one child only, beside two adults.
Our foreign-national guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not pay any additional difference on this tour. Since the museum card application is a special application for T.R. citizens, a museum card is not provided. The latest published circular supersedes the previous circular.
REFUND PROCEDURES
Your IBAN information has been forwarded to the accounting department for your refund process. Refund processes are carried out through the accounting department and the banks affiliated with the company. The banks' processing times may take 1 to 10 business days under refund conditions. On the day your refund is processed, we will get back to you with the refund receipt.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip.
Do not forget to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night, lip balm and a hat since all our trips will be during the day, a small bag for your shopping, and of course, most importantly, a camera and spare memory card and charger kit spare battery.
RESERVATION DETAILS
As a result of the reservation you made online, your Tour Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified. After the Tour Registration confirmation reaches you, you can participate in our tour. Guests who do not receive a tour confirmation email cannot participate in our tour.
It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person making the reservation. ITC TOUR is not responsible for any possible mishaps that may occur if incomplete information is provided to us.
VEHICLES TO BE USED
The vehicles to be used on the tours are determined according to the number of people and road conditions, and the conditions of the region; no promise can be made regarding the type of vehicles to be used on the tours.
All vehicles used in our tours are tourism vehicles.
For 38 people and above: Otokar Doruk Mercedes Travego –Tourismo , Man Fortuna , Mitsubishi Safir, Neoplan Tourliner-Cityliner; up to 31 people: luxury Otokar Sultan Maxi; up to 27 people: luxury Isuzu Novo – Isuzu Turkuaz - Otokar Sultan; up to 15 people: luxury Mercedes Sprinter–Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are used.
